I have not been fond of this YouTuber playing Alpha Sapphire who was using Cosplay Pikachu on his team and letting it constantly get knocked out. A word of advice here, don't use it on your main team or it'll just lose a ton of battles if its opponent survives.

23 Pikachu + Light ball is good though!

I am feeling everyone's pain here. No 3DS, no more vacation...

RIP, holiday vacation. You will be missed.

I remember my first flight lol. I think I even recorded it lol. I am not really afraid, but thinking about the fact that Im flying in a huge metal can a mile above the ground does provoke fears lol.

My fear of flying comes from me watching so many terrible air disasters on the news. I always have a huge fear of me getting killed by being shot down or something.

I've only flown once (okay, twice if you count the flight back), but the scariest part for me passing the customs. The first time I was scanned and the device started beeping, while I didn't have anything on me that could possibly be detected (at least that's what I thought). I even had to take off my shoes to have them scanned.
Oh, what would life be a lot more easy if you could just instantly Fly or Teleport a town of choice. (Ruining public transport.) *tries to make the topic Pokémon related again*

Ah, customs. On my second flight (flight back), I slept and was in a rush, so I wasnt paying attention what I'm putting where. My backpack ended up beeping and I had to take out everything out of it. My bathroom bag was in it. To be more specific, I had scissors there, aside from other stuff that went right into trash lmao.
Wasnt very funny then though.

What is a Pokemon that you thought you would never use but ended up you used it and it was good [especially in a Nuzlocke/other locke]?

I had two Pokemon and am now on my third.

1. Everyone knows Bibarel/Bidoof never made it to the Hall of Fame in a Nuzlocke/other locke. I used my Bibarel, Goobers, as an experiment to see how long he would survive. He succeeded, defeated Dialga, and went to the Hall of Fame.

2. My second Pokemon was in Black, which was a Wedlocke. That game was terrible and I had already suffered several deaths [my total death count, before I rage quit, was 17]. I was hoping for a Sandile to battle Elesa with, but found a freaking cactus instead. Bristle the Maractus was amazing and kicked serious butt. He had to go solo for a long time, as I ran out of boxed females due to my death count. I rage quit after Elesa because everything I touched died [except Bristle].

3. Currently on my third unused Pokemon. I have a Beedrill in my Fire Red Nuzlocke, named Buzzkill. He is amazing and I have used him in every gym at least once [next one is Blaine... He probably won't show up there]. Buzz completely solo-ed Surge's gym, while being underlevelled, without losing any HP. He also solo-ed Erika and nearly solo-ed Koga.

Same! I'll have a few hours left on my flight when I suddenly think "oh god, I am 20,000ft in the air". Nice going, Sophie.

Planes are alright though! I used to be really scared of turbulence but the only bad part of flying now is having your legs really cramped under your seat. Will say that watching Air Crash Investigations anywhere near the date of your flight is not a good idea though.

That's really cool! I've been meaning to do a playthrough using some unconventional teams and I was thinking about pokemon like Bibarel, Raticate and other ones that people pass up. Hearing that you had a Bibarel beat up Dialga or an underleveled pokemon solo gyms by itself is super impressive. :]

37 On flying, I'm not afraid at all for some reason. I just imagine I'm riding in a bus lol, but there isn't much turbulence in the air here either so.

For Arrow's question, I think Aegislash! I wasn't at all interested in the Honedge line but I caught one and I love them!

Lol true! I dont think I experienced turbulences so far though. How terrifying are they?
When it comes to random thoughts during a flight, how about this one. "Ah its okay, people fly every day, lets think of positive stuff...*relaxes*...cute little duck...flies right into our airpline engine.DAMMIT."
Lol, anxiety is so fun. Not.

Ooh, I did solo'd with Raticate through FireRed and with Linoone through Ruby, they were annoying. I had to use healing items to beat the games (I normally try to play without them, so that felt terrible). Even level 90 wouldn't do. Plus side was definitely that Linoone gave a bunch of cool items throughout the entire game with Pickup.

It isn't really a Pokémon I would never use, but I was really surprised at how well Tauros took me through the game. I expected it to be okay, decent stats, but just a plain normal type (never have type advantage), but it appeared to be really strong, Intimidate was very useful too. In fact, it was even my MVP in the challenge I used it on.
