I love French toast and my mum does that.

I always put a little cinnamon into the batter but then sprinkle a little on both sides of the toast, so I get double the cinnamon flavor with my french toast.

Yum.

Buttermilk Pancakes > French Toast, imo. Both are really good though, but I can go to town on a nice stack of pancakes.
