I'd like to go trick or treating but I can't where I am now... too few houses and too unsafe at night with wild animals attacking.... man I hate living in the wilderness...

Meh, R/S remakes... I only hope that if they don't get rid of some of the water, they at least get rid of some of the speedo wearing swimmers as well as the fast currents on that one stretch... that region has so much damn water it looks like Team Aqua's already claimed victory...

I've already said that we don't celebrate Halloween in Greece, but rather another event in February, so go on ahead and have your fun without me-offline, at least. ;/

Buuut to answer that question Livewire466 set up, in that February event I'm going as Spoon Killer. You guys heard of it?

If it makes you feel any better Truality, I'll be with my college friends who literally don't care a THING about pretty much anything so we'll probably do what we do every night ever, sit in the apartment and do nothing that night. So I'll be here!

You crazy Americans with yo trick-or-treating. Very few people actually do that in Australia, and the ones that do we give nothing. We are the mean house that won't answer the door on Halloween XD

I don't have Halloween at all here! The only way I can have fun with Halloween is online.

Trick-or-treating never was my 'thing'. I have an old aunt that always give me an endless amount of candy, be it during Halloween or whatever occasion. People keep telling me that I missed the 'experience' of actual trick-or-treating. In Halloween, the only remotely fun thing I do, or did, is, while stale and obviously generic, throw paper rolls and eggs on people's houses and hope they rush out with a broom and follow us just for the fun of it. Childish as it may seems but believe it or not, where I live is pretty boring.

I've only ever done trick or treating like, twice, which were both at a friends Halloween party, and were both around when I was 9-11. xD; I did quite enjoy it. But yeah, I remember those mean houses that didn't open up and give me my candy.
Though as for now, I have money so I don't feel like going out and doing that. My mum says trick or treating is begging. xD;

I used to do trick or treating when I was younger, but now we usually just go out drinking / go to a house party for it. This year me & my friends are doing a group costume - Lock, Shock and Barrel from Nightmare Before Xmas. I'm Barrel (I think) - the skeleton one. Luckily they had skeleton onesies in Primark, so my costume was rather cheap :laugh: just gotta sort my mask out now. Although I'll probably not have it on for most of the night 'cause masks annoy me.

i have never trick or treated, i don't know why. something about waiting for little kids to rock up at your door and ask for candy just screams "rape" to me.

Well, I live in an apartment, so I am curious as to how Halloween will unfold this year.

When I used to live in an apartment we would knock on every door we could see first and then trick or treat in the order that they opened the doors. We were efficient. ;o

If I ever had the chance as a kid, I'd surely go out for ToT. But if I had the chance now it would be kind of ridiculous to me. I don't chase after candy anymore lol

I kind of lived in an apartment in my first year of university, and Hallowe'en was insane. Everyone was just knocking on everyone's doors, although I don't think anyone had any sweets or money :laugh:

I haven't gone out trick-or-treating since I was twelve, but I find it's just as much fun to hand out the candies... only because I can steal some for myself every now and then. :D
