This is very true. But as of now he needs to be used correctly or he terribly fails, so it's not like he's that broken that he's almost unbeatable.

And by used correctly is use Counter, Mirror Coat and Destiny Bond effectively.

Um.. why was the title of the daily chit chat changed? I mean.. we've only recently had a member make their own daily chat thread (where it was obviously closed and spawned more threads asking why it was closed,) so wouldn't it be more helpful to new members to keep it as "The Daily Chat" or whatever to avoid confusion? I mean we get quite a lot of hits..

He's slow though, so Destiny Bond won't work without encore (which is terribly nerfed), or people will just stall it out. Froslass can pull DB off.
