I read the first two books. First one to see what all the hype was about, and then the second to see if maybe the series grew better over time. It didn't. I think my 40 year old father was more into the books than I was.

Never read the books, and I just never really had the desire to. Just like with the Harry Potter series, I just could never get into those books either.

^those are what we call local buses in Bangladesh. Old, weary, falling apart, above 20 years old, extremely cheap and efficient for us students. Stop somewhere, one would show up in every 5-10 minutes. Major causes of traffic jam in Bangladesh but we love em nonetheless.
