To me the Celadon Gym doesn't look like you can see enough of the top, so it looks like its at a funny angle compared to the rest of the tiles.

I really like the Vileplume like roof but you can't really see the roof of it so you should make it smaller. Oak's Lab looks awesome =)

The palletes really do look a lot better. Those bright palletes ruined the tiles before.
Nicely done, now lets see some nature tiles with darker palletes!

Lt surges gym is usppose to have lightning bolts that come out of the roof as well.
And Erikas Gym looks to small, I think the bulbs should be bigger.
Other than that,m all your tiles are pretty good.
