Lorde- Team

I'm kind of over gettin' told to throw my hands up in the air. So there.

This line is why i love this song and Lorde overall. She's giving her take on modern music and how most songs today just speak of throwing your hands up in the air and not caring about your troubles and partying instead. Modern music tells so many lies of how teenagers should and do live. What I love about Lorde is how honest she and that she isn't afraid to express your opinions on today's music and society. She's one of the few teens that give me faith in humanity.

The Defiled - Unspoken

I kept hearing this song on Music Choice: Metal and when I finally looked at who the band was and what song it was, I looked it up and listened to it. I especially love the chorus and the breakdowns at the beginning, middle-end, and end of the song!

Also, they have a music video but I figured it'd be best not to post it because it gets pretty disturbing and gory, I guess? So instead I linked to a video that has lyrics in the description.
