Question is pretty-self explanatory (and five days left but let's not ponder on that). I love the fact that there's no school, and it's the only time in Ireland you can actually expect hot weather (although the last two Summers have been filled with rain), and I get to hang out with friends, and the day is longer, and I can sleep in, and so on and so on.

    You?

Mainly going to the beach, the pool, the parties, the shows, the weather, the relaxation!

I don't have break so there's not much I can thank about.
I hate hot weather so there.

Well, I should be thankful. My friends have break so I can hang out more! Yay!

I like long road trips that don't have a purpose. Except just to road trip.

There are soooo many reasons why I would love the summer.

The beach, even if I haven't visited any of them in a while with my family, last year, my friends and I visited Virginia Beach. It was a fun day for the both of us. We took the bus there. XD Yeah, it's just that we were finally able to spend the day without worry about school or teachers. Also, the cold waters! It's the only time in the year where I enjoy the sea! Also, we built a sand castle. :-] It was just a classical one feet tall one that was knocked over by the waves. XD There's also shell collecting, but that's best be not spoken about. I stepped on a pointy one.

The 4th of July, anyone? My family and I goes to one of Virginia's park every year to see the fireworks. Also, it's a great time to spend time with family while still getting a good exercise. We practically walked the whole time. XD

We can sleep as long as we want and stay as long as we want. It's simple, yes? I also use the summer time to go to public libraries to check out books that I was missing out on during the school year. Summer is also a time where I can fully help my mom and her garden.

Obvious reasons. You get to wear nice clothes, hangout, sleep in, play Pokemon =], stay up late, party, etc.

But I prefer winter clothes, I hangout more during winter, I don't really like to sleep, I already play penty of Pokémon, I stay up late everyday and I hate parties.

    :<

More computer time, more time to hang out with friends, etc. etc.
The same as what everyone else would say. :P

Well, I'm going to go with the generic answers of lack of school, warm weather, and more time with friends. Love the summer :D

This is about it that I can think of at the moment. I would say weather but its so humid during the summer it just feels like a microwave when you go outside.
    1. No School
    2. More time to get money from work
    3. More time to have to myself

Yeah, my reasons are generic - lack of school, more time to do stuff (Computer, draw, play sports, do something with my life, ect.), time to hang out with my friends... if I know where they live and vise-versa, and vacations.

Aside from that, summer is just like any other season to me, minus the snow from Winter.

Why WOULDN'T you like Summer? Short/No sleeve shirts, the neighborhood is lively, and of course... NO SCHOOL! The only downside is that you don't see your school friends as much, but that's what texting/IMing/Facebook is for.

Spending a few nights of the months sleeping outside under the stars (ok, well technically its under my porch roof, but that's still under the stars) and getting to swim. I may even get told I need to go on another vacation by work, so I could maybe look to go Island hopping with my cousin.

"I like shorts! They're comfy and easy to wear!"

Because it feels different than the school year, really. Hot nights, hot days - and just being able to wander around town in shorts and do whatever I want to (mostly) and having time to myself feels great. Even if I end up in some sort of structured activity, it ends up having a different sort of atmosphere than school.

I like it. even if I get nosebleeds more often and sometimes the heat gets pretty unbearable.

    Sunlight.
    Educational respite.
Free time to... Finally look at colleges :/

BUT, all of Summer's merits are overshadowed by the unbearable heat.
