And here we go! Frost badge, here I come! Or is it the Ice Badge?

John was aware that he and the battle were being covered from about 15 different angles. That didn't bother him at all.
"Cinder, Use Flamethrower!" John said, starting the battle off. Cinder roared, and blasted a jet off fire at the Piloswine. John knew it would take more than that to take out the lumbering behemoth. He was right.

"Piloswine! Use Takedown!" Riley shouted. The Piloswine charged at Cinder with surprising speed. Cinder decided to show off his strength, and caught the Piloswine. He slid back a few feet, and took the full damage from the attack, but he roared in defience. He slammed the Piloswine on it's side.

"Dragon Claw!" John said. John watched as Cinder swung his glowing purple claws at Piloswine's soft underbelly. Piloswine roared out in pain, and Cinder took to the sky.

"Piloswine! Get up! Use Ice Shard!" Riley said urgently. Piloswine lumbered to it's feet, and began blasting large chunks of ice at Cinder. Cinder swooped and dodged, but got hit a few times. John smiled at his pokemon. Cinder was so tough! So strong! He was a good pokemon!

"Cinder! It's time for Flare Blitz!" John shouted. Cinder set himself on fire, and flew straight at the Piloswine. Piloswine could not dodge it as Cinder slammed into him from above. There was a resounding crack, and John saw that the ice had a large crack in it. John called his pokemon back. He sent out Aquanis this time.

"Dewott!" Aquanis shouted.
"Why did you switch out?" Riley asked.
"It was getting boring using Cinder to kick your sorry ***! Aquanis, use Night Slash!' John shouted. Aquanis ran toward the Piloswine and hit him with the dark baldes that came out of his shells. Piloswine took a step back, giving John a shot at his real goal.

"Aquanis! Razor Shell that crack!" John yelled. Aquanis leapt into the air and slammed the water blades into the crack. The ice shattered, leaving a few big chunks to stand on. Piloswine fell into the water.

"After him and use Razor Shell!" John said. The Dewott leapt joyfully into the water. John looked at the screen that was mounted above on the wall and saw that Aquanis was little more than a blur in the water that kept ramming into the Piloswine. Again and again, until the Piloswine surfaced. It began swingging to a large chunk of ice. It climbed on to it.

"Razor Shell the bottom of that ice and then keep going after him!" John said ruthlessly. Aquanis was barely visible beneath the ice chunk. A watery blade pierced through it, and the ice shattered. Piloswine fell back into the water, and Aquanis blasted him again and again with Razor Shell. Piloswine fainted, and was returned. Aquanis jumped out of the water.
"Dewott!" he said when he landed.

"Good job! I didn't expect you to notice that there was water under the ice! But now we get serious! Go, Lapras!" Riley said. John was dumbfounded. Lapras was a bueatiful pokemon! John instantly wanted one. He pulled out his pokedex and saw that she was a duel Water/Ice type. He grinned and called back Aquanis.
"Is it my turn?" Shadow asked him.
"No. I'm using Sparky!" John said as he sent out the Pichu. She landed on the ice, and slipped and fell. Good grief! His choice obviously surprised Riley. He hadn't been expecting such a tough guy to have a cute little Pichu!

"Sparky! Use Thundershock!" John said. Sparky got to her feet and blasted a powerful bolt of lightning at the Lapras. She got hit by the attack.
"Now, Thunder Punch!" John yelled. Sparky leapt at Lapras and hit her on the head with her paw, transmitting an even stronger shock than the one before it.

"Lapras! Dive!" Riley said. Lapras dove under the water, and Sparky splashed on the surface.
"Sparky! Thundershock the water!" John said.
"Won't she get hurt?" Shadow asked. Sparky blasted the water around her and the Lapras surfaced. She had fainted. Sparky swam out of the water, and looked very weak.
"She'll be fine. She won, and that's what matters most," John told the Zorua on his shoulder.
"Pichu!" Sparky said back to them both.
"Hm... I guess you're right!" Shadow said.

"Well now! That was electrifying! Go, Glaceon! Use Blizzard!" Riley said. The glaceon he sent out blasted the area with a lot of snow. When it cleared, Sparky had fainted. John called her back. He sent out Aquanis.
"Razor Shell!" John said. Aquanis slashed at the Glaceon, which he quickly dodged. The two of them danced around for a while, and Glaceon knocked Aquanis to the ground.
"Return! Go, Cinder!" John said. Aquanis looked at him, and was returned. Cinder replaced him. He took off into the air.
"Hail!" Riley said calmly.
"That won't help you! Cinder, use Flare Blitz!" John said. Cinder covered himself with fire again, and flew at the Glaceon. His flaming power melted the hail before it could hit him, and he slammed into the Glaceon.
"Flamethrower!" John shouted. Cinder blasted the Glaceon as he stood up, and he went down again.
"Stay down now!" John said. Glaceon listened to him. He had fainted.

"I won! Told you I was the strongest! Next will be the Stone gym down in Georgia!" John said. He grinned at the camera. He returned the tired Cinder.
"Great battle! I present you with the Frost badge!" Riley said. He handed the small snowflake shaped badge to John. John nodded and put it in his badge case. He walked out of the gym. Ashley was waiting for him.
"Any thoughts about that battle?" she asked.
"Like I said. He was weak! He could only faint Sparky. She's a baby! I hope the next gym will be stronger," John said. She thanked him and ran back inside to interview Riley after the battle. John walked himself back to the pokemon center. He got his pokemon healed. He decided to spend the night there. One badge down, 16 to go!
 
"Come on we've got to get back to base" said Israel to the woman he loved. She didn't answer him. "Look I know you lost but we have to go!" said Israel annoyed. "No, you go I've shamed myself and my family" said Yasumi. Israel hated pity parties especially when his mother might have been dead. "Stop this bull right now, you lost, everybody does at some point we just pick ourselves up, train harder, and hunt the moron that beat us now get up off of the freaken ground and lets go" said Israel in a hostile voice. Yasumi got off of the ground and decked Israel knocking him on his back. "She hits hard for a girl" Israel thought, and then he had an idea, a painful one seeing as Yasumi knew Ninjutsu but an idea none the less. Israel got up and spoke to Yasumi, "No your right you failed your father, and yourself." She she delivered a martial arts kick to Israel's gut. Israel doubled over holding his gut, and then smirked, "Did your daddy teach you that kick too, I don't think you're doing it right because if feels like my grandmother was trying to Kung Fu me." He got up off the ground waiting for the next shot, "Come on Yasumi, make your daddy proud" he said. Yasumi answered with an uppercut that knocked the wind right out of Israel. Israel struggled to get to his feet but did it. "Is that how you're going to hit Mordecai, because if you you should just give up now, because that punk John hits harder than you" Israel insulted further. That was it Yasumi nailed Israel as hard as she could flooring him, she then continued to pound him a couple of times until she stopped. "Are-are you feeling better?" sputtered Israel. Yasumi sat down beside him, "I'm so sorry" she said. Israel sat up aching, "It's fine, I can take a lot of punishment" said Israel smiling. "I guess we should go back to home base" she said.
 
(OOC: My gosh! Everyone is so mean to Israel! And Shadow is very fun to write.)

Morning. It was time to go. He loved sleeping on the bed like that. He climbed out of the tangle that his pokemon had made and walked into the bathroom. He hopped in the shower. When he was done, he saw Aquanis laying on the ground as though he was hurt.
"Oh no... Aquanis!" John said. He reached down to touch the pokemon.
"Dewott?" Aquanis called from the other room. Aquanis/Shadow giggled at him, and turned back to normal.
"Shadow! Don't do that! You scared the life out of me!" John said. She laughed at him and walked out of the room. John grumbled to himself. What a crazy pokemon. How had he gotten stuck with her.
"That's for not letting me fight!" she said from the other room.
"Fine, you can fight in the next gym!" John said.
 
(OOC: Yeah but usually when Israel get's hit he's mouthing off at someone.)

Israel walked into the Gentleman's office awaiting the Gentleman's words. "Ah, Israel you're back from the Arctic did you enjoy your trip" asked the Gentleman friendly like. "Cut the bull Gentleman, Team Plasma now owns Deoxys, the mission was a failure" answered Israel. "Team Plasma has Deoxys!!!!" the Gentleman asked raising his voice. "Yes geezer, team Plasma has Deoxys" said Israel talking back to the Gentleman. "No matter" said the Gentleman, "We now have a weapon to counter it." "Yeah, but that's not all" said Israel, "Mordecai was there." "Mordecai was there? how are you alive" asked the Gentleman. "He let me live because he believed that I would turn against you" said Israel, "He says that my mother has been dead for days." The Gentleman looked grief stricken. "So is it true, was my meeting with my mother yesterday just an illusion?" asked Israel. "Yes" answered the Gentleman. Israel's heart sank, his mother was dead. "I'm sorry, when we tried to take her, she was accidentally killed in the scuffle, the Human Alliance member that did it suffered a slow and painful death." Israel just stood there with his head down. "I grieve for her too, she was a wonderful women" the Gentleman continued. "Shut up you old, run down, constipated, worthless, evil geezer, you have no right too talk, you didn't even know her" yelled Israel. The Gentleman struggled to keep from bursting into tears, "but I did know her Israel, I know you too, I married that women, the happiest day of my life was when she gave birth to you, my second happiest was when I married her" the Gentleman tore off his mask made by the best special effects companies, "Israel, I am your father."
 
(OOC: Here's what Israel should say next: No! That's not true! That's impossible! NOOOOOO!!!!! Nice Star Wars reference! Also, Stone Mountain is a real landmark. I used to live in Georgia. I hiked up to the top, and down and around, of it in a few hours when I was 10.)

John didn't need to walk to Georgia. He knew what he was looking for. The Rock gym was on top of the largest piece of granite in the states. While most of it ran deep underground across the span of Georgia and South Carolina, some of it formed a dome shaped mountain that was aptly named, Stone Mountain. Cisled into the face of Stone Mountain were some stupid cowboys or something. It was atop the mountain that the gym was sitting. He called out Cinder and they took off to the south. John was confident he'd be able to see it from the sky. He should be there by tomorrow at the speed Cinder was flying. He could go faster, but that would be pushin Cinder. And while he didn't mind that normally, he didn't want to do that while flying.
 
(OOC: I was already going to do that lol.)

"No! That's not true! That's impossible! Nooooooo!" Israel said, "This is the part where you say "Search your feelings you know it to be true." Tydus was shocked he didn't expect such a reaction from his son, "Israel, i'm telling the truth, I am your father." Israel shook his head laughing, "You're an idiot, do you think that I'm really so stupid that I can't see another illusion?" "Son, I faked my death when you were ten, I couldn't live my double life as a father and as the Gentleman, I payed money to all of the right people and faked my death" Tydus said trying to persuade his son. "Or OR your a clone of him, no your an alien, or and this is the most plausible theory, your a nut job" Israel said. "You know just because you have an Alakazam, and used it to make yourself look like my dad doesn't mean that you're strong it just means that you have deep mentle issues" Israel continued. "Oh, and I'm quitting the Human Alliance incidentally, Yasumi is too, she's already left, and she taught me the whole psychic tracking evasion thing so don't try to find me that way, well buh bye geezer" he said and left the room. Tydus was crushed, but he had business to attend to, he picked up the phone and called his top scientist, "Is Mewtwo ready?" he asked, "Yes" answered the scientist, "It's ready."

John touched down for the day. Time for more training. He called out his pokemon, and Shadow immediately protested.
"I don't like being in that pokeball!" she shouted.
"Would you rather fall to your death?" John asked.
"N-no," she said, and was quiet. John set his pokemon to train on their own, and he walked around, exploring the area. He spotted several pokemon, but wasn't interested in any of them. They were all so weak that it would be a waste of time to train them. A Chikorita caught his eye. He pulled out his pokdex. Level 29. That was salvagable. Now, all that needed to happen was that it didn't go anywhere while he went back for Cinder or Nida. Nida answered his prayers and came out after him. She looked up at him, hoping he wouldn't get mad. He simply smiled at her.

"Let's catch this Chikorita!" John said to her. Her eyes brightened up and she walked out into the field.
"Chiko?" the confused Chikorita said.
"You're mine! Nida, use Poison Sting!" John shouted. Nida blasted at the pokemon, and he could not get out of the way. He was hit by the attack hard, and soon was back on his feet.
"Poison Fang!" John said. Nida charged at her opponent, and bit him hard, leaving deep purple gashes. Chikorita cried out, and John threw his Great Ball. It hit him on the head, and rocked back and forth, blinking. As always, he timed it perfectly, and he was caught.
"I think I'll call you Leaf!" John said.

"Real imaginative name there, John!" John turned around. A bueatiful woman was standing there. She blew a kiss at him, and his heart skipped a beat. Then he spotted the bushy tail, and knew he was being had. He smiled and walked over to her, playing along for the moment.
"And who would you be?" he asked, with a faint smile on his face.
"Uh... Shadia!" she said. Clever girl. He gave her points for that.
"Well, Shadia, I've got a question for you. What is this?" he asked as he yanked as hard as he could on her tail. Shadia/Shadow gave a yip and turned back to normal.
"I said don't do that!" she complained.
"And I said don't do stuff like that!" John said, more annoyed than angry. She turned into him again.
"No, you said not to do this!" John/Shadow said. Before John could yank on her tail, she turned back.
"Well, stop trying to trick me! What are you doing out here, anyway?" John asked. He checked on Leaf's pokeball. It wouldn't open. He didn't think it would. He was the seventh pokemon John had.
"I'm looking for my training partner! Nida just up and left halfway through our training!" Shadow said.
"Nido!" Nida said angrily.
"I was too going to fight!" Shadow said.
"Enough! Let's just get back. Then I'll oversee your training. Both of you just calm down!" John said. Shadow leapt up on John's head. Nida, not to be outdone, climbed up on to his shoulder. He sighed and shook his head. Why did he have to attract the crazy ones?
 
Israel met Yasumi in a hotel room in California, teleporting pokemon made travel fast and cheap these days. "So how'd it go?" asked Yasumi. "Oh, get this "he is my father" said Israel holding in a chuckle. Yasumi burst out laughing and Israel joined her. Suddenly they stopped laughing and their attention turned to the television. "Citizens of Baltimore were shocked today to learn that their Gym leader had been defeated by a child by the name off Johnathan Brooks" said the reporter. Israel watched the TV and was shocked to see that it was the same Johnathan Brooks that he had beaten and captured for the Human Alliance. "That idiot, putting himself on TV for the Human Alliance to see!!!" said Israel angry at his stupidity, and then he got angrier when Brooks said that he was better than Tydus. Israel gave something to Yasumi, "These are the Seventeen Badges of the USA" said Israel, "I want you to have them so you can compete in the league, I'm going to earn my badges starting with the Gym in Las Vegas." "I'll be right there beside you" said Yasumi.
 
(OOC: lol, John brings out the best in everyone by being the most arrogant fool he can! Hahaha!)

John finished training for the night. That had been a good session. He gave his pokemon dinner, and ate his own meal. He was probably not living as healthy as he should, but who cares! He was happy! He looked over at Sparky. She was glowing faintly.
"Sparky! You're really strong now!" John said encouragingly. That pushed her over the edge. She started glowing very brightly. Soon, her shape changed, and she looked at him. He knew that pokemon well.
"Pika!" she said happily. John picked her up. She was a little heavier than before. But that was to be expected, as she was twice as big. She smiled in his arms and went to sleep. She was still a baby, after all. Time to sleep now.
 
"Overheat, Blizzard, Leaf storm!!!!" shouted Israel. His pokemon complied and launched their attacks at the three opposing pokemon. The three Golems fainted except for one. "Golem, use double edge on the Combusken" the trainer said. The Golem went inside it's shell and launched itself at Combusken. "Combusken use counter" said Israel. The Golem hit the Combusken but then got double the damage back fainting it. Israel had won the battle and the three pokemon began to glow at the same time, in a few short seconds a Blazekin, Swampert, and Sceptile stood before him. "Congratulations" said the other trainer, "you've got strong pokemon, and a beautiful girlfriend, what don't you have?" "A mother and a father" answered Israel. "I'm sorry to hear that" said the trainer. "It's fine" said Israel, "I don't like pity, and I'm going to help dull the pain by winning the pokemon league." "Alright, well you'd better be prepared, Randy our Gym leader uses fighting pokemon" said the trainer. Israel held up a poke ball, and let out a new pokemon that he had gotten, "I'm ready."

John woke up early the next morning. A fluffy dark brown ball was laying where Sparky had once been. John identified it as Shadow.
"Shadow, what happened to Sparky?" John asked.
"Oh, she decided to sleep in a tree," Shadow said with a laugh.
"Which tree?" John asked. He got up and looked around. He spotted yellow in the tree closest to him. It was Sparky.
"Why is she in a tree?" John asked.
"Because I put her there!" Shadow said.
"Dewott!" Aquanis said to Shadow. Thos was getting out of control.
"Shadow, enough with the pranks! Do I have to leave you in storage?" John said.
"Why should she get special treatment!? I get left to the side all the time!" Shadow said angrily. Ah... That explained a lot! Shadow was jealous of the rest of his team.
"One, I have six, seven now, pokemon! I can't be everywhere at once! Two, Sparky is a baby! She needs special care, care that does not include leaving her in a tree!" John said. Shadow just sulked and he called back his other pokemon, except for Tempest. He climbed on her graceful back, and she took of. Now that he was riding a pokemon that wasn't about to drop him if he let go, he felt better about leaving Shadow out of her ball. He had to remind himself that Shadow wasn't much older than Sparky was. She needed special care as well. He decided that his team for the rock gym would be Leaf, Aquanis, and Shadow. But who would he sub for Leaf? Tempest. She was his highest leveled. And she'd be useless at the gym. He spotted Stone Mountain around noon, and Tempest landed on the top of it. He went into the pokemon center and healed his team, after he subbed out Leaf for Tempest.
"Ready for the gym battle?" John asked Shadow.
"Ready!" she said eagerly.
"Excuse me. Did you say you were looking for the gym?" a man said. He had a microphone and a camera man.
"Oh god, not this **** agian!" John said as the reporter began pushing him to talk.
 
Kitten smiled widley as the pokeball came still, not sure if the little squirrle would try anything if he was ever out of that small ball. Doom could only smirk in amusment to himself as he watched Silver anf Furball. Walking over from the tree Kitten looked over Silvers shoulder to have a look at the pokeball.

"That was soo cool Silver! You got an Emolga? That's what it's called right?" Tilting her head to the side she looked at Silver with a grin before pulling out a treat from her pocket for Furball. "Aww and we can't forget the brave little Skitty now can we Furball? You were such a brave little girl, yes you were!" Kitten cooed scratching under her chin before giving the pink cat the treat.

(Sorry for my recent absences, been trying to juggle alot of things around latley. Oh and I'll probably be posting way out from you guys for awhile since hell, I mean school is starting up again in afew days :/ Hope you guys arn't too annoyed at me. TTFN ~Cookie)
 
Furball happily enjoyed the treat it had from Kitten, & jumped up 'n down in enjoyment.

"Though it's an electric & flying type, I'm sure he'll come in handy. Come on out Emolga!" Silver took the Great Ball & threw it in the air, sending out Emolga who was now looking at Silver. "I think I'll call you chip. How does that sound?" Emolga shook it's head no. Guess it hates cute names. "How about Electro?" Hearing this, Emolga, I mean Electro nodded his head yes.

Electro then turned & looked at Kitten, looking at her as if examining her.

Israel stood in front of the Gym ready for battle, and then someone with a microphone approached. "Son, you look like your fired up for a Gym battle care for an interview?" asked the man. Israel looked and saw a cameraman, "I'll do an interview but no cameras" he said. "But sir" the man started, "No cameras" said Israel sternly. The man nodded his head and gave him something to sign. Israel signed up and took questions. "Remember only give my name when I've left Nevada" said Israel. "We'll keep our word" said the man, and then he asked the first question.

"I assume that you're John Brooks? Ashley called and said you would be coming. I've got an app for your pokegear that you will like. If you do this interview, then I'll give it to you!" the man said.
"Why? I could just take it if John really wanted it!" Shadow said, a note of mischief in her voice.
"Enough Shadow! I'll do your stupid interview!" John said finally.
"Thank you! Begin rolling now! This is Nathan Rockwell comeing to you from the top of Stone Mountain, where our newest challenger has arrived. Johnathon Brooks, who took the Ice gym in Baltimore by storm two days ago has just arrived. Johnny, what are your thoughts about this gym?" Nathan said to the camera.
"Call me Johnny again! See what happens! As for this gym, I figure it will be eveen easier than the last one with the team I plan to use!" John said.
"Err... Right John. Can you tell us what that team will be?" Nathan asked.
"You'll just have to wait until I actually battle! I'm outta here! I got to go win!" John said and he started to walk away.
"Just one more question! What do you have to say to your viewers? They may think you're overly confident," Nathan said. John turned around.
"What you're trying to say is that I'm acting like a smug jerk! But I don't care. I have more important things to do than to worry about what other people think of me. I'm going to be the champion. You just wait and see!" John said. He turned and left the pokemon center, Shadow still clinging to his shoulder.
"Well, there you have it. Words of... inspiration from our young contender. Will he be able to claim his second gym badge? Let's find out!" Nathan said. He turned and walked to the gym after John.

"So son we'll start by asking what team you'll use in the Gym match" said the interviewer. "You know what? most people won't tell you this because they're scared but I will, I'll use Blaziken, Braviary, and the newest pokemon I have" said Israel. "What's the newest pokemon that you have?" asked the interviewer. "That's my little secret" said Israel. "You aren't afraid are you?" asked the interviewer. Israel laughed, "Maybe I am." "The next question that we have for you is do you think that you'll win?" said the interviewer. "Just watch me" said Israel confident, "Just watch me."
 
John walked out, not really caring that the camera was still on him. He walked to the top of the mountain and looked around expectantly. All he saw was some woman sitting on the ground reading a geology book. She was about 28 years old, with long black hair. Her eyes were a dark blue, and she wore a scowl on her face. Her clothing was a pair of shorts and a tank top, and given the heat up here, John couldn't blame her. They were the same shade of drab gray. Did these gym leaders wear clothing that was the same color as their specialty? Whatever! It wasn't like John cared. He looked at her a moment, waiting for her to say something. When she flat out ignored him, he was a little ticked off.

"Who are you and where's the gym?" John asked, irritation showing in his voice. Now she looked at him, and her book slammed shut. She stood up, and John was shocked. She had to be at least 6 and a half feet tall! And she was built like an ox!
"What? Ain't ya ever seen a woman before?" she asked, equally irritated.
"Not one built like you! Answer my questions!" John said. He already didn't like this woman. She clearly didn't like him very much either.
"The names Roxy Malone! I'm the gym leader. As for my gym? Yer standin' on it!" she said. John could barely understand her through that thick accent. Dumb hick.
"You need to learn to enunciate better. Let's just get to the battle!" John said.
"Fine! I don't like lookin' at ya any more than I got too! This will be a three on three single battle. As the challenger, you get to swap pokemon at any time!" she said.
"I know that already! I'll send out Leaf!" John said. Shadow looked at him as he sent out the Chikorita.
"I thought that I was going to be in this battle!" she protested.
"Later, Shadow!" John said. Shadow hushed up and began to watch the fight.
"Lunatone! Let's end this quickly!" Roxy said.
 
Israel entered the gym, it was the classic style pokemon stadium a hard floor with a pokeball symbol in the center. Israel walked into the center looked up and yelled, "Gym leader come on out, I challenge you to a battle right now!" Suddenly the lights all switched on at once, Israel covered his eyes from the sudden light. Israel heard a voice, "Who has the nerve to call ME out!!!" Israel looked forward and saw a man having a resemblance to John but he was 30 and had black hair. "I had the nerve to call you out, my name is John Israel Mcfarlane and I'm the guy who's about to wipe the floor with you" Israel said ready for battle. "You wouldn't happen to be the former champion's son would you?" the man asked. "Yep, that's me" answered Israel. "How could someone as strong as Tydus spawn a pathetic wimp like you?" the man asked. "How could God in his love create something as horrific as your face" answered Israel. "Shut up and lets battle!!!" The man sais angry. Israel and the man threw a pokeball into the air at the same time, and out of each came a Blaziken.
"My name is Randy by the way" said the Gym Leader, "I wan't you to know that before I stomp you into the ground. This man reminded Israel of John, Israel didn't like him very much.

(OOC: next the Gym battle, oh and Nideous try not to win the badges too quick, stay one badge ahead of Israel since John had a head start but it's not much of a rilvalry when one guy is three badges ahead of the other.)
 
(OOC: Don't worry, I have plenty of side quests lined up for him. I'll take my time with them and gain the badges slowly. I'm sure Israel and John will meet again soon enough! I'll do the rest of this battle in another post.)

"Lunatone! Use Rock Throw!" Roxy said. The floating moon pokemon spun around and several rocks were hurled at Leaf.
"Dodge it and use Magical Leaf!" John said. Leaf leapt out of the way, and the leaf on his head spun around and shot out multi-colored glowing leaves. They collided with the Lunatone and it fell a little bit. He then used Magical Leaf again. Again the Lunatone was blasted by the leaves.
"Blizzard!" Roxy yelled. Leaf could not escape the blistering cold winds, and was left shaking from the hit.

"Return! Go get him, Shadow!" John said. Shadow brightened up and leapt out to fight. John called his injured Chikorita back. He had a plan for him.
"Shadow Ball!" John yelled. Shadow shot the ball of ghostly power right at Lunatone. This was too easy! Lunatone responded with Psywave, and Shadow simply shrugged off the attack. She was a dark type! Did Roxy honestly think that would work?
"Faint Attack!" John ordered. Shadow looked like she was having fun as she appeared out of nowhere and blasted the poor creature from behind with her dark energy. Lunatone fainted. Roxy called it back and sent out a Nosepass to replace it. John shrugged.
 
"Flamethrower!!!!" Israel and Randy yelled. The two Blaziken's shot a stream of flame at each other, the flame collided in the middle of the battlefield and left a fire at the spot where the collision happened that went out quickly. "Blaziken use rockslide!!!!" ordered Israel. "Double team!!!" replied Randy, the rocks came from above the enemy Blaziken but hit one of the double team illusions. "Crap" Israel thought, "maybe if I keep rocksliding I'll get lucky and hit him." "Blaziken use rockslide until you hit him!!!" ordered Israel, the Blaziken kept useing rockslides until the PP of the move ran out but not once did he hit his target. "You ARE weak, your a discrace to your father and his legacy" said Randy, "now to finish your pathetic pokemon off, Blaziken use Focus Punch!!!!" The multitude of Blazikens that surrounded Israel's pokemon began to glow a light brownish color around their fist area as they meditated intensely. Israel pulled a pokeball from his belt and spoke to it softly and then put the ball back into his belt. "What the hell do you think your doing?" asked Randy, "are you insane?" Randy's Blaziken's illusions disappeared and it launched it's focus punch attack hitting Blaziken head on, but to the shock of Randy, his Blaziken reacted as if it had just been hit by a stronger force and fell to the ground completely knocked out. Israel's Blaziken then struggled to stand but was successful. "How did you?" Randy started, "counter attack" said Israel interrupting. "But you didn't give the command" said Randy awe struck. "My little secret" said Israel with a smirk on his face, "what was that about being a disgrace to my father?"

(OOC: How's my battle been so far? I've been trying to improve when doing battles.)
