Whatever it was, it really scared her. If that happens again, Silver will get Sky to use Bite on the ghost.

As they kept walking, Silver stumbled upon a tombstone with a Mew statue above. It read 'Here lies Togepi. She was only a baby, but she will be cherished always.'

"That's..." Silver couldn't think of anything else. This made him think of his sister, not knowing if she was alive or not. A tear ran down his cheek as he thought of where his sister could be. Sky & Furball went to comfort him, thought Electro didn't know what the fuss was about.

Kitten looked down towards Silver as he tripped on a tombstone. A slight frown of worry crossed her face as she bent down hugging him trying to be of some comfort. The smell of his one lone tear made it's way to her nose. Silver was... Crying? This was new, never had she thought Silver would be one to cry.

"It's ok Silver.." Kitten tried to comfort her friend not really sure how.

(OOC: :) )

John walked around, ignoring the celebrations going on around him. Shadow leapt out of his arms and was following along behind him. Her steps were stumbling a lot, and she seemed to be giggling more than usual. John got tired of this odd behavior very fast. He turned around.
"What?" he asked.
"You're so... Awesome. Hehehe! I said that you're awesome!" she said as she fell to the ground. How could a creature with four legs possibly fall like that.
"I know I'm awesome. But I'm glad you see it too," John said. He was a little confused.
"I want to tell you something! I like yo-you Johnny! You're my friend-end-end! Hehehe!" Shadow said, her words slurring quite a bit. She transformed into him. Or, she tried to, at any rate. She turned herself into a girl version of him, with long pink hair, and odd mishapen hands. John sighed and grabbed her tail, and pulled lightly on it. She turned back with a yelp and a giggle.
"Shadow, what's wrong with you?" John asked her. She giggled some more.
"That's a boy's name!" she said as though it was funny. She turned into a male Zorua again, and burst out laughing. John shook his head. That pumpkin must have fermented. She was drunk. But, why was she acting so silly? John had no answer to this. He had never met a silly drunk before.
"Ugh... Johnny, I don't feel so good," she said. She stopped and threw up. John was a little worried now.
"Unh... That can't be good," she said. She fell over, asleep. John ran back to her. She was completely out of it. As he looked around, he wondered where the nurse was. Even if she wasn't in the pokemon center, she would still know more about helping Shadow than he would. He ran over to a kid about his age. He spotted pokeballs on this kids waist.
"Hey! Where's the nurse for the pokemon center? Shadow is sick," he said. The kid turned around. His eyes brightened when he saw the Zorua in John's arms.
"Wow! A Zorua! I'll trade you for him!" he said. John gave him an icy glare.
"I'm going to pretend I didn't hear that. Now tell me where the nurse is!" John said coldly.
"You haven't even heard my offer! I'll trade you my Mightyena!" the boy said. John calmly put Shadow on the ground. Then he whirled around and grabbed the boy by his shirt and slammed him into a wall.
"Listen you moron! I said I'm not trading Shadow! So you can take you weak *** Mightyena and jump in a lake!" John said. He glared threateningly at the boy. He then let go. He spotted the nurse by the cross on her coat. John picked Shadow up and walked over to her.
"Hey! Shadow is sick. She ate a very old pumpkin. Can you help her?" John said.
"Well, she's in bad shape. And I can't open the pokemon center. I know an old recipe that will help. But you need to go down in the mines and get me a certain mushroom. It grows deep in the caverns. Don't worry, I'll look after your Zorua," the nurse said. John was angered that this stupid ceremony was more important to them than his Shadow, but said nothing. He nodded coldly at the nurse and walked toward the caverns.

(OOC: I'm sorry that I didn't post yesterday but I was enjoying my trip, this might happen again so be prepared.)

"You got lucky, don't let your weak little head swell up" said Randy.
"Whatever man" said Israel calling back his Blaziken. Israel threw a pokeball into the air and out came Victory the Braviary. "You shouldn't have showed your pokemon first, said Randy sending out a Poliwrath, "my Poliwrath is trained to take out flying pokemon."

(OOC: Is no big deal.)

John reached the mine. It wasn't that hard to find. There were probably ground and rock types in there. And probably poison types as well. He didn't care. He vaguely wondered if this was the same mine spoken of in the legend. He doubted it. He didn't believe in legends. He walked down into teh depths of the mine. A few Sandshrew caught his interest, but they were so weak, they would be a waste of time to catch.
"I wnoder if there is anything worth while in these **** caves," he said aloud. He stepped on a bone, which came out of the ground under him. He fell to the ground.
"Wak! Marowak!" the bone said. John rubbed his eyes. The bone was in fact a pokemon. a Marowak! And John could feel the power in it! This was a strong pokemon! Perfect for him!
"Aquanis! Let's catch this guy!" John said. Marowak looked at his bone and it started glowing. He was using Stone Edge. Aquanis created watery blades and the two pokemon rushed at each other. They slashed their weapons at each other, and blocked the attacks. They continued on like this for some time, until Marowak caught both shells beneath his bone.
"Dewott!" Aquanis yelled in frustration. Marowak simply blasted him with a powerful Hyper Beam. Aquanis went flying back. He struggled to his feet.
"Dewott!" he yelled again.
"Water Pulse!" John yelled. Aquanis opened his mouth and a large ball of water formed and shot at the Marowak. Marowak spun to the right, dodging the attack. He hurled his bone at Aquanis. Aquanis dodged it and grinned. He was then hit in the back of the head. That move had been Bonemerang! John wanted this pokemon so badly! Aquanis shook his head. He got back to his feet.
"Unbelievable! Aquanis! Razor Shell again," John said. The two pokemon went head to head again, and soon Marowak had Aquanis's shells pinned. He charged up Hyper Beam.
"Aquanis! Use Water Pulse!" John said. The dewott blasted a large sphere of water at Marowak, who blasted his Hyper Beam at the same time. When the smoke cleared, Aquanis was fainted and Marowak was stumbling around like he was confused.John called Aquanis back. Marowak began walking away.
"Don't think we're done yet! I've only just begun!" John said. He sent out Leaf, who blasted Magical Leaf at Marowak. It hit the creature in the back, and John hurled the Great Ball as he fell. As always, he timed it perfectly, and the Marowak was his. Awesome! He called back Leaf and continued down into the cave.

Come on. Just suck it up. You're crying in front of a girl. Don't worry. You'll find your sister. Just be happy right now.

Regaining his stability, Silver wipes the tear away & takes a glance at Kitten. Aww, she's trying to comfort him. Even his Pokemon are too, except Electro who's still confused.

"Thanks...let's go." Silver got up as Electro got on his shoulder. Silver put on a smile to hide his sadness. He'll find his sister someday, not now obviously. He walked on to the next set of stairs with his Pokemon following.

"Ice beam attack" yelled Randy, and the Poliwrath responded by shooting a light blue beam at Victory. "Victory use protect and use fly!!!!" yelled Israel. A shield formed around Victory which blocked the attack, then Victory flew into the air. "It takes more than just super effective attacks to take down flying pokemon, but I guess that since I'm talking to Forest Gump it won't make a difference what I say" taunted Israel. Victory flew down like a missle from the sky at Poliwrath to finish his fly attack but to Israel's suprise the Poliwrath dodged it. "I taught my Poliwrath how to dodge too punk" said Randy back, "Poliwrath use ice punch" ordered Randy, "dodge it" replied Israel and Victory did. A plan was coming together in Israel's mind but he needed the right distraction. "Victory, keep using fly until you hit the Poliwrath" Israel ordered. Victory kept using fly multiple times until finally he hit the Poliwrath. Israel pulled out a pokeball and talked into it. "I can't believe that I'm losing to some crazy idiot who talks to his ball" said Randy angry, "lets finish this Poliwrath use mind reader!!!!" The Poliwrath closed it's eyes and read where Victory was at so that it's next attack would hit without fail. "Alright Victory use shadow claw!" said Israel, "Ice beam!!!!" yelled Randy, nd then Poliwrath hit Victory head on with Ice Beam before Victory's attack could hit. Victory wasn't frozen, ice beam didn't always do that but Victory was injured and was immoblized. "Poliwrath finish this with ice punch and take your time going over there I want to savor this moment" said Randy happily. The Poliwrath's fist began to glow light blue as it walked ever slowly to the Braviary, and when it came close Israel yelled, "Now!!!!!" suddenly the Braviary shot a hyper beam close range and point blank at the Poliwrath completely knocking it out. Randy was furious, "how did that happen, your Braviary was finished." Israel replied, "I secretly had Victory use protect instead of shadow claw when you ice beamed him, and then he faked the injury and hit Poliwrath with a hyper beam when it came close enough to where it couldn't take the blast." "But you didn't give any commands" Randy responded shocked. Israel just smiled an arrogant smile.

John went down into the finally digging site. They had given up here it seemed. He pulled out the picture that they gave him. That was the mushroom right there. He walked over and picked it. He walked to the wall when he saw something glinting. He pried it lose. It was a stone, about the size of his palm. There was a bolt of lighting etched on it. He pocketed it. He walked back out, uninterested in the pokemon that scurried away from him. He had just caught the strongest thing in here.

He finally reached the edge of the town. He quickly walked back to where the nurse had been waiting. What he found made him very angry. The nurse was sleeping, and Shadow was gone! He roughly shook her awake.
"Wake up! Where is Shadow!?" he nearly yelled. She looked up at him with sorrow in her eyes.
"Matt took her! I tried to tell him that she didn't belong to him. But he wouldn't listen! He used his Breloom to put me to sleep!" she said. John's anger turned from her incompetence to that boy. How dare he!
"Are you going after him? Be careful! His pokemon are very strong!" she said.
"Mine are stronger," John said in a cold tone of voice. He walked to where all the people where battling.

(OOC: I believe I shall kinda have my character be by himself for a while. If anyone wants to meet him, then try to swing by the location I give.)

The sun had been shining over the great city of Jackson, Mississippi while the many people and their Pokemon walked around, battling, training, and just havin some good ol' fashion southern fun. One of these people was a strange boy wearing a black fedora hat, a black t-shirt, blue jeans, and worn-out black boots. Under said hat was long whitish-blonde hair that in some areas looked curly while others were completely straight. He had hazel eyes, but no one could tell because he had his eyes closed. He wasn't sleeping so say, just relaxing in Smith Park under a tall Oak tree.

"Such a nice day," said William Earl Stevens, Jr. as he opened his eyes and looked to his left side, where his Totodile, Leonidas, was sleeping. They had just finished a rather glorious training session, during which Leonidas had perfected his Ice Punch technique. It was the first move Earl had tutored him, and it wasn't easy. It was, however, a good start. Earl knew that if he, Leonidas, and all of Earl's other Pokemon were to become better, Earl would need to teach them some moves they wouldn't normally know. Speaking of other Pokemon...

There it was, just sitting there in the grass. It appeared to be grooming itself. Earl kinda sat up a little straighter as he quickly did a double take. Wasn't that a... Yanma? Earl looked a bit more closely... Yeah it was a Yanma. It was about fifteen yards away, and no other people seemed to be at the park today.

"Leonidas... Wake up Leonidas," said Earl as he nudged the Big Jaw Pokemon. Leonidas, with a huge yawn, woke up and looked at Earl with a look of pure evil, almost as if it was cursing Earl for waking him up. "Oh don't give me that look," said Earl, adopting a stern face himself as he looked back at the where the Yanma was. Yep, it was still there. "Tell ya what. Why don't you take out your frustrations on that big ol' dragonfly over there," said Earl in his unique Louisiana accent as Leonidas stood up and saw the Yanma.

"Toto toto!" shouted Leonidas as he suddenly ran to the Clear Wing Pokemon and latched on to its tail with his mighty jaws. Almost immediately, the Yanma began squeling in pain as it tried to take off, but as soon as it tried to, Leonidas slammed the creature back down to the earth and took a few steps back. The Yanma, at this point, appeared to get mad and executed a Quick Attack, which actually sent Leonidas to the ground. Leonidas simply stood back up and shook it off as Earl ran over to him.

"All right Leonidas! Seems that it is ready to battle. Use Water Gun!" shouted Earl as Leonidas did as he was told, but the Yanma quickly dodged it as if Leonidas' Water Gun was moving in slow-mo. It then began heading for Leonidas again, seeming to be using a normal Tackle.

"Oh shoot. It seems it has that cursed Speed Boost ability. Oh well, Leonidas, why don't you use that new move I taught you?" asked Earl calmly as Leonidas reared his right claw back, which began glowing a whitish-blue color. When the Yanma was right in front of Leonidas, the small blue and red Pokemon brought his claw around and smacked the Yanma right on the head with icy energy. The Yanma instantly fell to the ground, knocked out cold.

"That was an amazing job Leonidas," said Earl as he threw an empty Pokeball at the Yanma. The ball simply bounced off the poor thing and opened, sending out the red light and enveloping it around the giant dragonfly. Once the red light, with the Yanma in tow, was back in the ball, it shook once, twice, three times, four?!

"What?! Does that thing still have some fight in it?" thought Earl to himself as the Pokeball shook for the fifth time, only for a click to be heard. "Whew... Thought it was fixing to burst out for a second there..."

Earl then picked up the Pokeball as he went back to the tree he was under a while ago. He then opened his suitcase there and placed his newly acquired Yanma inside. He then stood back up, heading to the nearby Pokemon Center.

"You did good Leonidas. Almost too good. It makes me wonder when you're going to evolve."

"Toto!" shouted Leonidas, proud as he could be of himself as he and Earl walked inside the Pokemon Center.

(OOC: So, Earl now has a Yanma, and Leonidas now knows Ice Punch. I will be posting my Pokemon's movesets in the OOC thread.)

"Look you pathetic child, I don't know how you've been able to beat me so far but it ends here!!!!" said Randy furious. Israel yawned, "whatever, maybe i'll close my eyes while battling to make this fight at least a little bit of a challenge." "Why don't you?" asked Randy. "Why don't you fight with your eyes closed if you think that you're so great?" Randy continued. Israel called back Victory and then laughed, "I really am too much for you aren't I? But you know what I'll take you up on that challenge, I'll make this promise, as soon as I send out my next pokemon, I'll close my eyes for the rest of the battle, but first you've got to show me your pokemon" said Israel. "You're going to regret that" said Randy, "I've been saving this pokemon for a battle like this." Randy threw a pokeball and out of it came a Machamp except this Machamp was wearing a Machoke belt. "I've bred, trained, and equiped this pokemon to be the perfect pokemon in everyway, and when it evolved I let it keep it's Machoke belt, the Machoke belt stores energy, most inexperienced morons let the Machoke belt disappear in evolution but when it's kept on when it becomes a Machamp energy continues to be stored, and once the belt is off it becomes stronger than ever before, now behold my power!!!!" Randy said as the Machamp ripped his belt off. The Machomp immediately began to course with energy and then it doubled in size. "Regretting handicapping yourself punk" said Randy triumphantly.

John found who he was looking for. Matt was standing in the middle of a group of other people.
"Yup! I told him to give me this Zorua, and he gave him to me! Just like that!" Matt boasted.
"You do know that Shadow's a girl, right?" John asked coldly. The group parted, and John smiled when Matt's face paled. It was a very dangerous smile. Matt had this look like a deer in the headlights.
"What are you doing here?" he asked. John had to give him credit. He recovered fast.
"Oh, you know how I love festivals- What the hell do you think I'm here for?!" John said. Matt cradled Shadow, and she started to struggle.
"I don't like this! You don't smell like Johnny! Let me g-go!" Shadow yelled out, still sounding drunk. John looked at the other boy.
"You heard her, let her go," John said. Matt responded by sending out Breloom. John sighed. So this is how he wanted to play it? That worked just fine!
"Cinder!" John yelled. The large Charizard roared a challenge at the Breloom.
"Breloom! Use Ingrain!" Matt said. John shook his head as the Breloom dug itself into the dirt. Cinder, on the other hand, took off.
"Flare Blitz!" John said. Cinder rammed into the Breloom while on fire, knocking it out. Matt saw he was outmatched. The group got very quiet. Matt looked at his friends, but there was no help there.
"Give me back Shadow. Now," John said quietly. Matt complied. John punched him in the gut as hard as he could manage. He walked back to the nurse.
"I don't approve of violence," she said handing him the cocktail.
"He's lucky he didn't get more than that!" John said as he fed it to Shadow. He returned her to get some rest, and her pokeball would not open again. What the... Oh wait, he had caught Breaker while she was not in his care. She was now stuck until he subbed Breaker out. He decided not to spend the night here as he planned and took off. John watched the sunset from his vantage point on Cinder's back. He pointed down at a relatively large city. One thing he liked, was that pokemon centers always had distinct rooftops. He landed and returned Cinder and walked inside the pokemon center.
"Outta the way!" he said as he shoved past some kid. He walked up to the nurse.
"Would you heal my pokemon?" he said. He turned to the PC while she was doing that and put Breaker in storage. He walked back to the counter and got his pokeballs back. He immediately called out Shadow. She stumbled a bit and looked up at him. She was very glassy eyed. John picked her up.
"Johnny, I don't feel to good," she said. John pet the Zorua and decided not to get on to her about calling him Johnny.
"You ate half of a pumpkin that was god knows how old. Of course you don't feel good," he said.

"Hmm... Female and level twelve... That's actually pretty good considering where all of my other Pokemon are at," said Earl about his Yanma as he looked at the computer screen attached to the healing machine of the Pokemon Center. Leonidas was, at this time, not at Earl's side, as he was in his Pokeball. Earl didn't like it, but he knew his Totodile needed a check up anyways.

"And it seems Leonidas is now at level sixteen. Only two more levels before he evolves. Maybe it's time I begin trying to teach him Dragon Pulse..."

"WOAH! YOU HAVE A SPIRITOMB?!" shouted a nearby trainer right in Earl's ear. Earl simply stood there, as if nothing happened. He then turned to the young lady. She only appeared to be around fourteen, maybe fifteen. Her manner of dress with her blonde hair, plus the over done make-up gave her the appearance of... Well let's just say it gave her the appearance of someone who REALLY enjoyed the company of men.

"Yes I do. His name is Judas, and he is rather special to me," said Earl, already knowing what the girl was fixing to say. Despite the hint though, she continued anyways. "I will trade you anything for it! I have a Cubone, a Magnemite, heck, I even have a Kadabra I'm willing to trade!" said the girl. Earl simply rolled his eyes. "Look, I appreciate the offer, but I'm not interested."

The girl stood there for a second, looking defeated, until she walked off. While she was walking off she said something that caught Earl's attention in the wrong way.

"Excuse me... What did you say?" asked Earl. The girl simply turned around, glaring daggers and looking proud of herself. "I said he was too weak for me any way."

Earl, at this point, simply stared at the girl. He then smiled at himself.

"Regardez ici vous pompeuses prostituée, vous pouvez m'insulter tous vous voulez, mais lorsque vous insulter mon pokémon, bien qu'il y a, disons tout simplement que doit être problèmes," said Earl, who almost laughed at the girl's look on her face. Surely she knew he just insulted her. Hopefully that was confirmed with how he said it, which was full of venom.

"I have no idea what you said," began the girl, still confused. "But I do know I don't like the sound of it. How about we settle this with a battle? Three on three?"

Earl pondered this for a few seconds, remembering the Pokemon she mentioned. With the three Pokeballs that were on her belt, those must of been the Pokemon she offered to trade... He might have problems with that Kadabra, but he was mostly worried about the Magnemite.

"I accept your challenge, but only after you tell me your Pokemon's levels."

Within a few minutes, they were outside. Earl had chosen his three for the match, having decided to leave his Yanma, whom he had named Joan, out of this. Afterall, he had to see what she could do first.

"Okay, my Pokemon are at levels twelve, thirteen, and sixteen. Yours?" asked the girl as she took one of the Pokeballs off of her belt. Earl did the same, thinking he had an idea of what she was going to start with. "Two of my Pokemon are at level thirteen. The other is at level sixteen. Ladies, if I can call you that, first."

The girl, angry at Earl's comment, tossed her Pokeball, which revealed a Magnemite. Earl was glad he guessed right as he tossed his Pokeball, which revealed Brutus, his Makuhita. Brutus, upon appearing, flexed his muscles and nodded at Earl. He was ready.

"Magnemite! Use Supersonic!" shouted the girl as her Magnemite began the attack. Earl smiled at this. "Brutus, Fake Out!" The Makuhita suddenly, and surprisingly quickly, ran up to the Magnet Pokemon and appeared to clap his hands on the iron ball's magnets. This caused the Magnemite to flinch, which Earl smiled upon seeing the girl's face. "Magnemite, Thundershock!" The Magnemite simply snapped out of it and sent out small electirc jolts at Brutus, who took the hit... And stopped moving.

"Haha! Magnemite paralyzed your dumbass Makuhita!" taunted the girl... Until she saw Brutus' muscles bulk up significantly.

"Oh, and did I forget to mention that Brutus has the Guts ability?"

"Oh shut up prick! Tackle it Magnemite!"

The Magnemite did as told and charged at Brutus, who stood in place, not moving at all.

"Brutus! Vital Throw!"

The girl couldn't stop her Magnemite as it charged right into Brutus. Brutus took the attack, skid back a couple of inches and grabbed the steel and electric type. He then began spinning, building momentum for a few seconds until he threw the Magnet Pokemon into the ground. Unfortunately for it, Earl decided to make sure it was down.

"Brutus, send it back to the girl with Arm Thrust!" Brutus did just that as he thrust his fist straight out, sending that Magnemite well past the girl. To say the least, it was knocked out now.

"Not what I said, but good jo-" began Earl, until he saw the girl immediately throw another Pokeball. "Kadabra, send that brute away with Confusion!"

Brutus stood no chance as the Kadabra came out and immediately its eyes began glowing a pinkish-purple. Earl then watched as Brutus suddenly grabbed his head, and in a few seconds was on the ground, unconscious. Earl simply called back Brutus. "You did good against that Magnemite my friend."

Earl then placed Brutus Pokeball back in the suitcase as he grabbed Leonidas' ball and Judas'. He wasn't quite sure who to send out. What if this girl's Kadabra knew any moves besides psychic type attacks? Deciding it was worth the risk, Earl decided to confuse the girl and release both of his Pokemon.

"What are you-"

"I'm simply allowing Leonidas to be back at my side, lke he usually is. Judas, Hypnosis."

The Spiritomb actually began laughing as his eyes glowed a yellow color. Before the girl could do anything, her Kadabra was fast asleep. "Now then, use Shadow Sneak," said Earl. Judas then suddenly sank into his shadow and extremely quickly charged after the Kadabra. In one hit, the Kadabra was out cold.

"Return Kadabra!" said the girl as Kadabra went back into its Pokeball. She then grabbed her last Pokeball as Judas came out of his shadow. "Go Cubone!"

As she threw her Pokeball, the Cubone came forth as pointed its bone club at Judas, indicating it was ready for battle.

"Huh. Bold little thing. The question is if it is brave or stupid, like its trainer," said Earl as he smiled again. "Judas use Faint Attack!"

Judas then suddenly disappeared... Only to reappear right in front of the Cubone and tackle it. The Cubone, however, barely moved and stood strong. "Cubone, use Bone Club!" The Cubone then swung its bone around like a baseball bat as it hit Judas' base, sending the Forbidden Pokemon a couple of feet back. Earl became surprised at this. It seems that the little thing packed quite the punch.

"Judas, use Hypnosis!"

Once again, Judas began laughing as his eye glowed yellow. Unfortunately, the Cubone simply charged forward.

"Use Headbutt Cubone!" shouted the girl as Cubone burst forward skull-first at Spiritomb, only to go straight through him. Judas had stopped trying to use Hypnosis a while ago, since it failed, but he was still laughing at the stupidity of the girl. Heck, Earl was too.

"Normal moves do nothing against Ghosts! Judas, Faint Attack!"

Judas once again disappeared and reappeared behind the Cubone, tackling it from behind. The Cubone wasn't able to handle the attack from behind as it instantly was knocked out.

"Return Judas," said Earl as Judas went back in his Pokeball. "You did good." Leonidas was jumping up and down, celebrating, but he was disappointed because he didn't have a battle.

"Here's your money..." said the girl as she handed Earl half of what she was carrying. That was a rule afterall. She then returned her Cubone and walked away. Earl put the money in his wallet, smiling from his accomplishment as he walked back to the Pokemon Center to heal Brutus and Judas.

"Who said anything about me being handicapped?" said Israel. Israel grabbed a pokeball from his belt, "All that breeding and stratigizing and you still forgot to cover all of it's weaknesses" said Israel. "What are you talking about, i've made this pokemon unstoppable" said Randy. "You've stengthened the body but I bet that all that pokemon has inside being raised by someone like you is rage with no focus, it's weakness lies in the mind" said Israel. "Wait you mean" said randy astonished. "Yes, my next pokemon is a Psychic type" Israel answered. Israel threw the pokeball that he had been holding into the air and out came an Alakazam. "Now like I said i'll close my eyes but thanks to the psychic ability of Alakazam I will see through his eyes" Israel said closing his eyes. Randy realized that Israel had been sending commands to his pokemon using Alakazam's telepathic powers. "D-don't let this slow you down Machamp, use Giga Impact!!!!" said Randy shaken, the Machamp was about to attack but then grabbed his head and fell to the floor in agony. "What's happening?" asked Randy. "Alakazam's attacking it's mind" said Israel. "Come on get up!!!!!" yelled Randy, and the Machamp tried to work through the pain making it to it's knees but was met with a Psychic attack from Alakazam. Machamp tried again but was met with another Psychic, Israel was commanding Alakazam telepathically. Machamp tried once again to get to his feet valiantly but was met with the finishing Psychic, Israel had won the battle.

John watched the boy walk in the pokemon center. He had just won a battle. He looked him over. This boy had a Spiritomb. But it was weak. If the ghost had been in the hands of a skilled trainer, maybe it would have a shot. Oh well, not his problem.
"Noob," John muttered. Shadow looked at him.
"What is a noob?" she asked slowly, still not feeling good.
"A noob is someone that is weak. Usually a rookie. That's what a noob is," John said. He wondered if the boy was even listening. He didn't very much care. Any one of his 8 pokemon would be more than a match for this boy's three. Four, John corrected himself. He had just spotted the remaining pokeball on the boy's belt.

"I won give me the badge" said Israel happy but forceful. Randy reached into his jacket and gave Israel a badge that looked like the symbol of fighting pokemon in the pokemon card game, "this is the fighting badge" said Randy. "Creative name" replied Israel sarcastically. "Every badge has the name of the type of pokemon the Gym leader has" said Randy. "But what John got was the frost badge" Israel said. "That was the old name just given to it by the leader for sentiment, it's really the ice badge" replied Randy. "Whatever i'm gone, oh and by the way Randy, how does it feel to lose to someone who's pathetic and weak?" said Israel. Randy just smiled evily, "How does it feel to be on national television?" "But I said no cameras" Israel said surprised. "That's not how it works, you battling me in this Gym is just like signing a contract, you fight me and in turn we film you, heh heh heh heh have fun with your fame" said Randy. Israel was on the run from the Human Alliance, this made things more difficult for him, he had to leave quick. As soon as Israel got outside he was met with the interviewer and a cameraman. "Look since you've already been on TV would you please answer one question that I have for you?" asked the interviewer. "Fine one question" said Israel. "How do you think that you compare to the other kid that beat the ice gym and most recently the rock gym?" the cameraman asked. "John won another badge?!" asked Israel surprised. "John only has more badges because he started the gym challenge before I did, I know that i'm better than John because I beat the last time we battled" Israel said. "And also if you compare my first Gym battle to his first Gym battle, i'm better because as I recall one of his pokemon fainted. Well, ALL of my pokemon still have full HP so John if you're watching read it and weep, how can you claim that you're better than my father when you can't even outdo me huh? So right now I'm giving you a warning NEVER claim that you're better than my father because no matter how good you may be you will never reach his level, stop running your mouth and you will stop being humiliated by your impotence, that's all I have to say" said Israel. Israel then walked away.

(Just a reminder all badges are named after their type.)

Earl had heard someone say something before he had walked into the Pokemon Center... No matter. It was probably nothing. However, he was delighted to have heard that both Brutus and Judas had grown to level fourteen. He then decided that the money he won could be of good use to him and his Pokemon for a celebration.

"Leonidas, how does a steak sound?" asked Earl as he and his partner walked out of the Pokemon Center, suitcase carrying Judas, Brutus, and Joan 's Pokeballs in tow. Earl then spotted an individual wearing a shirt with a peculiar shade of red with a... Zorua? Wow... Those creatures were indeed rare...

"Excuse me good sir?" asked Earl as he walked up to the young man, realizing he was just an inch taller than the gentleman. He was also a bit bigger than this trainer, but no matter. Honestly, who bases height and muscle mass on personality anymore? "I couldn't happen to notice that Zorua you have. Very interesting to actually see...one..."

That's when Earl saw it... This trainer was not average, plus, Earl had a feeling he had seen him before... Must have been on television. Wait... He was that guy who earned the Ice Badge recently! "Well oil me up and call me Slick... I just realized who you are. John, wasn't it? The name's William Earl Stevens, Jr., but everybody calls me Earl."

Earl then pointed down to his left towards the Big Jaw Pokemon. "And my little buddy here is Leonidas. Now, normally I would ask for a battle, but it seems your little Zorua there is extremely well-trained... None of my Pokemon are as well-trained yet."

"TOTODILE!" shouted Leonidas angrily as he jumped and slapped Earl's left arm lightly. Earl just softly chuckled and looked down at Leonidas. "But it is true my friend."

Shadow giggled a little bit before turning herself to look at this person. John gave him a cold stare. That was just what he needed right now. Another hick to deal with. Fame could be so annoying.
"Like I care what you call yourself. And I find myself agreeing with you. Your pokemon are weak," John said coldly.
"Oh, be nice Johnny!" Shadow said, with a rather large yawn. She still wasn't feeling well, though it had only been a few hours since he had fed her that tonic. At least this fool hadn't asked for a battle.
"Why should I be nice, Shadow? What has he done for me?" John said. He walked away, trying to end the conversation. He had to find a place to sleep for the night, as he was sick of sleeping outdoors.
"Well, nothing, but can't you see he's a fan!" she said with a giggle.
"If anything he's more a fan of you than he is of me," John replied. He didn't care one way or the other.

Kitten smiled slightly at Silver in a comforting way as she let him go, figuring he was abit better now since his tears ceased. Walking after her friend Kitten could only wonder at what had caused Silver's emotional stress making him cry.

"Hmmm..." Kitten mused quietly as she pondered over various things. Looking around every once in awhile she failed to notice that with each level they climbed higher the more dense the fog became.

(Ooc: By the way Nideous. Are you gonna include a side quest with the Human Alliance soon?)

Since everything was getting more foggy everytime they went up a level, Silver got a little scared from the scenery. But Kitten had to be more scared than him, right?

"Phew...I think we're almost there." Silver had a feeling after so many stairs, they were about to reach the top.

Furball had to cuddle in Silver's arms since she was so scared she could barely move. She kept her eyes closed as Silver & Kitten kept moving.

Kitten looked about again as she finally noticed how dense the fog had become. With a slight gasp Kitten felt around her for Silver not being able to see him anymore, though a shiver ran down her spine as the feeling of being watched washed over her again.

"S-silver! W-w-where are you??" Came a now frightend voice from the raven-haired girl. "I-if you're hidding this isn't funny!" Kitten tripped over another tomb stone and yelped as a paw placed itself on her back.

"Doom?" Doom barked softly as he looked at his owner not sure why she was acting so odd. Infact he could see just fine! "Houn, houndoom" Lifting his paw he placed it on Kittens back.

"Ah! Doom!" Kitten hugged the dark type pokemon quickly. "Don't do that to me.." She mumbled having thought it was a ghost again. Little did the two know that in the mist a pair of red eyes gleemed like rubies before dissapearing into the mist.
