What if they were real? rated 16+ (just in case any adult themes come up)

Shea began sketching Shadia/Shadow, only stopping to occasionally look towards her and replace the image. After about five minutes of sketching, Shea stowed away his pencil and walked towards Shadia/Shadow to show her. He used a sort of intensified manga style conveying realism and emotion. "How does it look? I think it's beautiful - and to be honest, I'd be head over heels if you weren't a Zorua. But this form of yours is beautiful. You can change back if you'd like - I know how you get headaches." Shea smiled and rubbed her head jokingly.

"Mynh, surgit," Shea said. A bush rustled nearby and became Mynh the Shaymin. "Shaymin?" he asked. "Yes, we're going. C'mon," Shea replied. Mynh hopped into his arms and popped his head over them. "Min!"

Shadia/Shadow giggled fiercely at him.
"Hehehe! Thanks! I made it up myself!" she said happily. She stood up and turned back into herself and followed along behind Shea. Maybe she had gotten off on the wrong foot with him. She still didn't quite get why he acted like he did, but he seemed nice enough. And that picture he'd drawn was amazing. She didn't think she looked like that. Heh, she must be better at illusions than she had thought. She leapt up and landed on Shea's shoulder and grinned at him as he kept walking.

Shea laughed lightly and removed his glasses. He'd had a good time with Shadow, but he needed to get a real start as soon as possible. And she needed to get back to her trainer all the same.

As they entered the main part of the city, a man in a business suit came up on Shea and held out his hand. He was a burly man, and his fingers looked like brautwerst. "Hello there, I'm with Microsoft, and I notice you keep Pokemon. Would you happen to have an Index?" he asked with a business-like boom. "Uh... No? You mean a Pokedex?" Shea asked, a bit bewildered. "Yes, that's right. Would you like one?" "Uh... What's the catch?" "Either $200, or you could participate in a campaign game we're doing." (catch the reference) "Uh... Alright... Let's go," Shea answered as he walked off.
-----
16 minutes later...
-----
Shea was running for where he met the man, gasping for breath to get there. He saw him and began running faster.

"I've got them!" he yelled at him. "Good! You're the 3rd person to get one in Texarkana! What color would you like?" Wait... I ran for nothing? I thought they were giving away 50? FFFFFFFFUUUUUUU- "Green, please..." Shea panted. "Is that your favorite color?" Shea glared at him fiercely, causing the man to whistle, give him his 'dex, and walk off, hiding his fear. Shea regained his breath and stood straight. He scanned Mable's Pokeball and recieved some information.

"Good to know. That needs to go in the Journal."

Hisayuki stretched his aching bones as he woke up in the hotel bed he was sleeping in. "I really need try and get an apartment." He thought to his self, as Karasu flew around his head.

"Murr, krow, krow!" Karasu said chirpy as he pulled the blinds open let the sunlight beam in.

"Aw, come on, Karasu. Really?" Hisayuki said as he shielded his eyes from the sunbeam.

"Krow!" Karasu laughed as his trainer tried to shield his disoriented eyes. Out of no where a small ball of fire shots at the laughing crow. "Krow, mur!" Karasu angerly said towards the small fox that shot the little ball flame.

"Pix, pix!" Aoki said calmly back to the angered jokster. Hisayuki just shook his head as he looked at his two Pokemon argue. Out of the corner of his eyes he saw a small mole with little drill hands, that he just caught the other day at a construction site, shyly watching from the corner of the hotel room. He nicknamed the little mole, Kiyoshi.

"Well guys, we got a lot of training to do and some more friends to catch." He said as he grabbed his knapsack and him and his Pokemon walked outside to start his the begin of his journey.

Shadow grinned to herself as Shea ran around trying to get his Pokedex.
"John has one of those built into his Pokegear! They're really helpful!" Shadow said happily. She jumped down to the ground and began walking around, sniffing everything she could get her nose to. She was still worried about John and how she would find him, but this place had far too many smells to just pass up!

(OOC: Shadow's going to run off after something when you leave the city, just a heads up! You can pursue her or not as you wish.)

Kitten merely shrugged tilting her head to her traveling companion, looking at the tunnel with great interest.

"Well then we better get in there and check it out!" Came the excited cheer from the raven haired girl as she returned Doom to his pokeball, looking into the cave and sniffing about the sides. "I wonder if there are any Digglit or even Goalbat in here!" With a giggle she opened her bag to make sure she had everything.

Something clicked in her bag and a red beam shot out as Saber materialized in front of the mouth of the cave. The absol let out a soft huff sniffing about before walking inside the cave listening about.

(Ugh sorry for the crappy post.. Mind is on the absolute fritz..)

Digletts & Golbats...hopefully Silver will find a Pokemon to catch. They all went inside & the voices from earlier we heard again. This time they were a bit more clear.

"Yes boss, but what if those kids... Yeah, we probably won't see them again." It seemed someone was talking on the phone.

"I caught the kid!" There was another voice. These voices sound familiar...

"Signing out." A click was heard. Must be finished with the call. "Alright kid, we'll be taking your Pokemon!"

"Do you hear that?" Silver asked Kitten. Sky was starting to growl a little from the voices they heard. He was scratching his right paw on the ground wanting to run off & attack the voices.

Shadow grinned to herself as Shea ran around trying to get his Pokedex.

Shea decided they'd head to the PC for a moment to rest Mable. "Hello, welcome to--" "Yes, yes, I know, no need to be so official, I'm a kid, anyway, so pay me no heed," Shea interrupted. The Nurse smiled and curtsied slightly and took Mable's Ball.

"Here you go," she said, and handed Mable back to Shea. Shea bowed slightly and gave a 10% salute as he headed off. "Mynh, Shadow, when we get back on the road, we're going to train for a little bit. Let's git," he declared, walking calmly towards the Interstate Highway.

Shadow grinned as she followed Shea. This was going to be... Wait a minute.
"Hey... That scent... You... Wait, of course not. Humans can't smell anything. Still, I have to go find out what it is!" Shadow said. She glanced up at Shea. This was the same scent that had brought her here! She just had to figure it out! She ran off into the woods ahead of them without thinking about Shean and Mynh. She had to find out what it was!

Shea panicked slightly, but remained calm. "Shadow, hey! What's wrong?" he inquired. He followed after her and Mynh began thrashing about. "Mynh, show me to the scent!" he commanded. Mynh jumped from his arms and sniffed. He cried out and ran towards the scent, with Shea following close behind.

Shadow

Shadow was aware that Shea and Mynh were following her. That was fine. They might be able to help. She didn't have a human mind. Shea did. She might need him to think of things that she would miss.
"It's coming from here!" Shadow said. She looked down a rather large hole. That scent was so... Odd! What was it? And there was another scent, but she didn't know what it was. She looked at the hole. It was large enogh for a big creature to have entered. What was it doing here? Well, she would get no answers from standing here. She felt the need to jump in it, and the scent grew stronger.
"I'm jumping in!" Shadow said. She crouched and leapt down the hole.

Project # 7

Seven looked around, appraising her surroundings. The little red haired eight year old was terrified. But she didn't let it show. She had a mission.
"Eight, let's go check this signal out," she said telepathically. The little grey Eevee looked up at her but didn't make a sound. he knew that if she was straining her mind to use her slight telepathic powers, then she must be serious about this. Seven moved silently along the dark roof. Eight followed his companion along the roof. Seven slid herself down the side of the roof and spotted a window. She reached out with her mind and whinced in pain as it slid open silently. Eight climbed onto her shoulder. She slipped into the open window, and the moment she touched the floor she was hiding in a shadow. She heard people moving around outside the room. She silently opened the desk and looked for the document she was sent in to get. She found it. The door burst open and a man sent out a Medicham. Seven shrank back, but Eight leapt to the ground and snarled. This was time for him to act.
"Eight, use Iron Tail!" Seven whispered. Eight leapt up into the air and slammed his tail into the Medicham, who kicked him aside. He was slammed into the wall and knocked out. Seven pulled out his pokeball and returned him, but before she could slip through the windo Medicham grabbed her and lifted her off the ground. Medicham hit her hard in the stomach and dropped her, where she sank to her knees. The simulation ended, and Seven was left in the room crouched on the floor crying. The Medicham and the scientist were standing over her.
"We still need more work, Seven. What did you do wrong?" he said. She whimpered quietly, but said nothing.
"You had the perfect opportunity to escape, but you ignored it. You let your feelings get involved and thus you failed. Had that been real, Not only would Eight have died, you would have too and the mission would have been failed. If you are going to fulfill your purpose, then you must learn to use pokemon as what they are, mere tools. You can not get attached to them!" the man said. Seven ignored him. She was not going to just abandon Eight, no matter what happened. He was the only thing that cared about her for her, and not for what she was. She got to her feet.
"We'll continue this later. Go back to your room," the man commanded. Seven walked out of the room and back to hers. It was more of a cell than a room, and it was furnished with a simple bed, a small bathroom and shower, and a single coloring book and box of crayons. She sat down on the bed. There wasn't even a window. She didn't know anything except for what was in these walls. But, as soon as she turned ten, they would begin to send her out on missions. First, with other more experienced agents, then if she did good, she would be on her own. After that... She wasn't sure. But any way she could serve the Gentleman she would. That was why she had been created. What other purpose was there for her?

Sparky woke up when Earl moved away from her. She had been napping on his shoes and she saw him dive behind a boulder. Not knowing what was going on she dove behind it too.
"Pika!" she said in greeting as she tapped Earl on the nose. Once the attack was done she climbed out onto the rock. Her two clones were gone, and John was leaning against the tree as if nothing had happened. She ran back into the battlefield.
John laughed and grinned at her. She waited until Earl was back on his feet before her next move. She held her paws up in a very recognisable and adorable imitation.
"Pikachu Kachu!" she yelled and used Double Team. John slapped his hand to his face. That was going to be the last time he let her watch Naruto. Then, his jaw dropped in shock as about 40 doubles were made. They all leapt at Joan, trying to bring her down, ninja style!

Earl nearly cursed at himself when Sparky tapped his nose, but he kept his cool as he got up from behind the rock, seeing that the other two clones were gone, as he guessed. When Sparky used Double Team though, Earl's jaw dropped a bit. He had never seen a Pokemon make so many copies of themself before. Not matter, those copies were just illusions, nothing more as he smiled.

"Joan, Bug Buzz!"

Once again, the incredibly loud buzzing swept through the arena as one by one the copies disappeared, however they weren't disappearing fast enough. He still couldn't see the real Sparky yet.

Luckily Kingdra's speed stat was higher than the Honchkrow's and it shoved Titan out of the way, however it took the Nightslash attack head on, the Super Luck ability didn't activate but the Night Slashes increased critical hit ratio did. Kingdra was in the lower yellow as far as health went. Israel noticed that the rain had stopped, that was bad because they needed the rain. "Titan use Rain Dance" said Israel, and the Rain picked up again. "Hydro Pump now!!!" said Yasumi as the Kingdra launched a Hydro Pump at the Honchkrow. "Thunder!!!!" said Israel. Honchkrow being stunned by the Hydro Pump would give Titan enough time to hit with a Thunder that would not miss. But Israel was worried about the Darkrai.

Honchkrow were not known for their speed as MiB's was struck with both powered-up attacks hard. She was sent back into a nearby tree, falling to the ground. While managing to get up again, MiB noticed that Honchkrow's right wing was broken. She would no longer be continuing this battle... Not that it mattered. The real battle was fixing to begin. MiB knew this as he returned Honchkrow, also noticing that the rain had once again stopped.

Yes... It had been asleep... However, the battle between MiB, Yasumi, and Israel had woke the being below from a deep sleep. And it was angry. Slowly, the shaking increased into a crescendo as the sunlight became that much stronger. MiB kept on kneeling, knowing that if he tried to stand up he would lose his balance. Darkrai, meanwhile, noticed its master on the ground, but it also noticed long cracks forming in the ground. Knowing what was fixing to happen, it flew down, hovering next to MiB as towers of flames erupted from the cracks in the ground. The earthquake was still going on too, but MiB had everything ready.

"LEGION! STANDBY FOR CODE ERUPTION!" shouted MiB, pressing a button on his neck. The button he pressed was a voice transfer that all members of Legion in a three-mile radius would hear. Just then, while the flames were still erupting, a giant red claw bursted forth from the ground, followed by another. As the claws slammed into the ground, MiB's smile grew wider. Yes... YES! It was rising!

The flames shadowed the gigantic figure coming out of the ground, but MiB knew what this great being was.

This was the Pokemon who in legend made the continents...

This was the Pokemon that brought great sunlight wherever it went...

This was the Continent Pokemon...

This was Groudon.

With a deafening roar that could be heard ten miles away, the earthquake and the flames stopped as Groudon looked down at the two figures in front of it. Surely these were the two that woke it up, and they were going to pay.

Noticing rocks coming from the ground and Groudon glowing a light-blue, MiB and Darkrai moved out of the way, narrowly dodging the Ancient Power attack.

"CODE ERUPTION! I REPEAT: CODE ERUPTION!" shouted MiB, lifting his finger off of the voice transfer button as more than a hundred members of Legion surrounded Groudon. Not liking its chances, the Groudon was getting ready to let off a massive Earthquake, only for it to be face-to-face with Darkrai holding a blue ball of icy cold energy behind it. Bringing its hands forward, the Ice Beam struck Groudon point-blank in the face as several Sneasel, Weavile, and Absol came forth from their Pokeballs. Without even a command, the Sneasel and Weavile jumped on the Groudon, hitting it with moves such as Ice Punch and Ice Shard, while the Absol struck it with the moves Blizzard and Ice Beam. The Groudon, taking damage from the many Ice-type attacks, roared again, this time from the pain as it tried to fight off the many Pokemon attacking it. As this happened though, a member of Legion ran to MiB, carrying a large steel briefcase. Holding it up for the Commander, MiB opened it, revealing three orbs of different colors, situated in a triangle. One was a red orb, the other was a blue orb, and the other was a orb that glowed a beautiful jade color. Having long forgotten about Yasumi and Israel, MiB lifted up the glowing red orb and pointed it at Groudon, who immediately noticed it and stopped moving, as if it was mesmerized by it.

"Yes, it worked," said MiB as Groudon continued not moving, staying in its one spot as all the other Pokemon were returned. MiB then made a motion with his hands, which Darkrai took notice of, knowing what it meant as its right hand became encased in a black ball of energy. It then flew at Groudon, striking it with the ball. When the ball made contact with Groudon, however, it seemed to grow and cover Groudon's entire body. After a split-second, the ball disappeared as Groudon fell to the ground, sleeping. And to think that all of this happened in the span of ten minutes is saying something about Legion. They are smart. They are quick. And they are precise.

John

John was laughing openly now. Not at Earl, but at Sparky! The clones were disappearing one after another, but the real Sparky was no where near Joan. In fact, she was now climbing up a tree nearby. She leapt into the air from the top of the tree and blasted a very powerful Thunderbolt toward Joan, who was still busy wiping out clones.
"Good girl Sparky. Mess with her, and then take her out when she doesn't expect it," John muttered to himself.

Seven

Seven was again summoned to the sim room. She walked in and looked around cautiously. She didn't know what they were doing.
"Project Number Seven, you have been progressing at an incredible rate. The only flaw is your skills in a pokemon battle. We have programed in the teams of two up and coming trainers. These two were responsible for the raid on the Texas Lab as well. You will be battling against the data gathered from their two pokemon teams. We have the sim ready for you now," Dr. Vortiche said. Seven nodded and walked in the simulator. The arena they had programed in was on a beach. They didn't bother asking her which team she wanted to use. She only used one team. The simulated pokeballs appeared on her waist.

Umbreon
Quilava
Blastoise
Salamence
Snivy
Ampharos

She fingered the sim pokeball for Umbreon as her opponent was created. She gasped at the long red hair. It was a shade darker than hers was. He stood a few feet taller than her. They even had the detail down to the three long scars on his cheek and the smug smirk on his face.
"Charizard!" he said. The large fire dragon appeared in front of her. She gasped and with shaking hands called out Blastoise.

(OOC: I'll start the battle between Seven and Sim-John in a minute.)

Holy Crap thought Israel as the earth cracked open and lava exploded from the earth. One of the eruptions exploded near Israel and Yasumi, but Israel sent out his Braviary which used protect to shield them. Yasumi and Israel had long since returned their other Pokemon. When Groudon emerged from below Israel then put his thought's to words, "Oh Crap!!!!" Yasumi then sent out her Hydreigon, "Israel we need to go!!!!! NOW!!!!" she said. Israel was mesmerized by the legendary Pokemon that stood before him, he had never seen a Groudon before, and then it hit him. "Yasumi they're trying to capture it, if they get their hands on it....." Yasumi stopped him, "There's nothing we can do, there are more than 100 of them, and even if we got past them we'd still have to deal with that Groudon!!!!" Israel cursed the situation under his breath and then climbed on to the Hydreigon's back. Israel and Yasumi flew as far away from the Safari Zone as they could for hours and landed in Naples Florida.

Joan never saw the Thunderbolt coming as she was hit and immmdiately sent down to the ground. Earl tightened his fist a bit, only to loosen it as Joan slowly got back up, staring angrily at Sparky for a second... Only to fall back down, too tired to do anything else. Earl quietly returned her, proud that she had survived as long as she did.

"I gotta hand it to you John, I'm being a tad pushed here, but Mary will take care of this. Spotlight!"

The Pokeball was thrown as Mary the Gible reappeared, appearing to be slightly rested since her last appearance. She let out a small roar at Sparky and immediately used Sandstorm upon appearing. Earl smiled at this, as he was fixing to have her use it anyways.

"Sparky does well when she can see, but what about when she's in a sandstorm? Mary, Earthquake!''

Once again, the Gible jumped into the air and landed, causing another Earthquake to rip through the area as she stayed in the center of the sandstorm, waiting.

...

MiB smiled as four Legion Battle Helicopters, or LBH for short, flew down. Each one had a heavy-duty steel cable which was attached to each of the corners of a gigantic cage. As the helicopters landed the cage and continued hovering, several Tyranitar and Krookidile helped load Groudon into the cage. Upon setting the giant in and exiting, the cage closed and suddenly the bars of the cage became enveloped in what appeared to be blue electricity. What that blue electricity really was though were man-made versions of the move Ice Beam. Somehow, Legion had perfected the technology needed for this.

"Excellent work members! Time to go home! Dinner's on me tonight!" said MiB into the voice transfer as he returned Darkrai, going to the helicopter he came in while carrying the briefcase carrying the three orbs. Yes, these orbs will come in handy, as the Red Orb showed before. It was a good idea to take these from Team Plasma afterall...

MiB looked out of the helicopter's window, seeing the caged Groudon lifted into the sky. It wouldn't be long before it had neighbors in its new home, and that delighted MiB. Soon, Team Plasma and the Human Alliance will know his wrath. After that... The world will become Legion's. Looking down at the briefcase again, MiB began thinking about Earl as his helicopter took off, back to Legion Headquarters.

((Okay! I won't be posting as MiB for a while. Next time you all see him will be much later.))

"Sparky doesn't need to see. She has an awesome nose," John said as Sparky took the Earthquake and ran right for the Gible with her tail glowing white, the tell tale sign of Giga Impact. She leapt into the air and swung her tail at Mary. She was now hurting, but she wouldn't let that slow her down.

Seven

Seven gasped in shock as Chairzard hit Blastoise with Flare Blitz, sending it to it's knees. She called it back and sent out Ampharos.
"Thunder!" she cried. Ampharos created a powerful bolt of lightning and it struck Charizard, who hit the ground. Her opponent sent out a Marowak, who hit Ampharos with Bonemerang. Ampharos was hit and fell to the ground, fainted.
"Snivy! Solar Beam!" Seven yelled, as she sent out the grass snake.

The Hydreigon landed on a beach in Naples Florida, and immediately Israel got off, and Yasumi followed suit. They stood there not talking still trying to take in what they saw and then Israel spoke. "What do we do now?" he asked, "a madman with a Vader fetish now has one of the most powerful Pokemon there is." "You need to get stronger" she said. "How?" asked Israel. "You need to do what John said and train your Pokemon to fight without commands" she said, Israel smiled, "alright I'll do it, where's the place in Florida with the strongest wild Pokemon?"

Mary smiled as she dodged the Giga Impact, thanks to her ability Sand Veil helping her. She smirked at the Pikachu and gave her a motion that screamed "Bring it."

"Mary, Dragon Rage!" shouted Earl as Mary reared her head back again and let loose the blue and yellow flames, aiming to hit Sparky as hard as possible. Unlike Rhyhorn, Pikachu are not known for having a good endurance.

John

Sparky jumped out of the way as something blue and glowing was fired at her. She returned fire with a Thunderbolt. Once that was done, she used Double Team and the two Pikachus ran in two different directions.

Seven

Seven was in a real fix. She was down to only Umbreon, Salamence, and the still injured Blastoise. Blastoise was facing off against this adorable little Pikachu.
"Ice Beam!" Seven yelled. The sim had no grasp of John's strategy, and the Pikachu simply charged at Blastoise with Slam. It was blasted back into the dirt and didn't move.
"Marowak!" her opponent said as the injured Marowak came back out.
"Hydro Cannon!" Seven said.
"Stone Edge!" the simulation said. Marowak charged up and hit Blastoise with it's club, knocking the Blastoise out as it's cannons erupted blasting the Marowak into oblivion
"Zorua," the John-sim said.
"Um... Umbreon!" Seven called. The directors had finally done as she had been asking for months. They had programmed her Umbreon simulation with blue rings. She smiled happily at this unexpected surprise.
"Fake Tears," her opponent said.
"Hyper Beam!" Seven yelled with glee.

The answer was the Florida Keys, so with the help of the local Pokemon center's Abra, Israel and Yasumi teleported to the Florida Keys. When they were there Israel trained his Pokemon against strong wild Pokemon, he ordered them to fight opponents with out his commands. The results were very promising a they had remembered strategies from past battles and utilized them to their fullest. Along the way he taught his Braviary Rock Tomb to replace Protect, and the levels of his Pokemon increased. "You've done good so far" said Yasumi, "but could I make a suggestion?" "Sure, your last one turned out great so sure" he said. "You need to consult a move tutor to teach your Blaziken Flare Blitz" she said. Israel liked the idea, Flare Blitz was a physical attack and would do more damage than Overheat. "All right lets go back to Naples" said Israel, there's a move tutor there. And with that Israel and Yasumi returned to Naples the same way that they had come.
