Serious What if...? World War 2 was won by Germany?

Hitler was going to die anyways. He had serious health issues and a documented history of drug abuse.
The direction changes depending on if his successor was Himmler or Goering although I see an economic collapse occuring either way as they try to hold all of the conquered land.
The Holocaust and eradication of Jews in Europe would be fully carried out. Even if everything goes absolutely perfect for Germany I guess that they would still end up in a cold war scenario with the United States. (worth mentioning that they already floated the idea of invading the U.S) And this doesn't even get into the rest of the Axis Powers and Japan which would be an alternative subject.
Either way it's not a world I would want to live in.

Only way this realistically happens is Britain signs a white peace in 1940. Even if Germany can beat the Soviets, once it's over, their economy collapses because it's based on loans and looting, both of which will run out. Only meaningful difference from our timeline is more people dead as the Nazi regime slowly falls apart, triggering a bunch of regional conflicts and civil wars.
