4th Gen What is your current walk count?

8,655. I reset mine whenever I hatch eggs, so I think the highests it's been was 10,000 something.
 
My highest was 10,000 (10K) and i've reset it tons of times, prolly have about 30,000 total or so.

Right now, its at 94,000. ALL from hatching kabutos, looking for a shiny. :(!
 
Whats the maximum count it can be? And do you have to reset it at any point in the game? What is the main point of the step counter anyway?
 
Well, what I think most people use the counter for is to keep track of how many steps they've taken when they hatch eggs. It is also useful for the Darkrai/Shaymin glitch on the early Japanese games. :P

On topic: I've reset the counter lots of times, but I can assure you it is a very, very big number.

Thanks, its just in my walkthrough, it tells you what parts you can get, but not there exact uses, really.

Just to let you know, i couldnt find any answers to these questions, believe it or not, so instead of starting a new topic, i thought id post in a recent one, thats related. Sorry if i annoyed you, but all it took was 1 post, isnt that much to ask.

I hit 99,999 before then reset it of course. Now I'm on 84,000 just from playing the game. The only egg I've hatched is Riolu for Nat. dex.
 
When I finished hatching Beldums for my Metagross, my step counter read 50 000. It had reset automatically twice, making it 250 000 steps. Count the fact that I've had plenty of breeding projects beside him (some taking even longer), and I think I must have at least 1 000 000 steps total.
 
51,655 I havent been hatching eggs since Ive reset
 
I've gone beyond 99,999 several times, thanx to breeding
 
ive probably gon up to the max since i use to play that game 24 7. i dont usually reset it unless im hatching eggs.
 
ive got to the max about 20 times and its 99999 i have hatched 1039 eggs which says it all i usually reset while hatching eggs so i know how many more till it will hatch lol do i win then???
