Earthquake, Brick Break, Shadow Ball, Psychic, Flamethrower, Return, Thunderbolt and Ice Beam are the ones I use a lot. Mostly in FRLG, where can some of them be obtained in Celadon City.

The TM I have used the most is probably Ice Beam, as I always teach it to my Water type, if it doesn't learn it via level up.
Flamethrower, Thunderbolt and Psychic also get a lot of use.
