I got all 4 of these at the same time, and let me tell you, I am so proud of myself for making all the way to Sheol in The Binding of Isaac, and actually managing to beat Satan! Apparently, beating the Womb counts as a win whether you continue to Sheol or not, and then finishing that gives you another win, haha!
