just give me a pokemon game with lots of minigames that i can do whenever i'm tired of battling and i think that would serve me well.
Game Freak was on the right track with this with Mantine Surfing in USUM, and i think Dynamax Adventures is in itself soooort of a minigame in a sense, but i miss the feeling that Pokemon Stadium 2 gave me. i miss the non-battling minigames where my mind can just take a break and i can do other things. i think HGSS Pokeathlon and The Underground from DPPT are perfect examples of this, i'd just like to see more. have some friendly competition with friends or something and make it more engaging, interactive, and fun!
other than that, agreed with what Sheep has mentioned. i'd like a more challenging pokemon game, but at the same time, i've resigned to the fact that people like me aren't the primary demographic for pokemon and they don't want to put off the kids (that doesn't mean everything has to be super watered down and hand hold-y, though...)
