These are the ones I can remember:
-Team Aqua/Galactic in Blue Rescue Team
-Team Neo-Heroes in Explorers of Time
-Team Alpha/Omega in Explorers of Sky
 
I'm Team Firefly. Named after the tv show :)

I wanted to be the knights of good, like in the guild, but it didnt fit.

I think what I called my team in PMD Red was Team Forever. Kind of a basic name, but...I couldn't think of anything else. I'll have to check my Explorers of Time game later to see what I named that team.

Tia – Charmander
Azalea – Pikachu
Team Dream Duo

No real meaning to this one, I just thought it sounded catchy.

PMD: Explorers of Time
Flara – Cyndaquil (F)
Cherri – Chikorita (F)
Team Star-Lite (formerly Starlite)

I just picked the name because it sounded nice, and because I was pressed for time (my DS was about to die on me). It's kind of fitting, though. The Star part could represent Flara's Swift, while the Lite (Light) could represent Cherri's SolarBeam.
 
Named it Team Red in Explorers of Time... Original huh? :p
I was going to name them my usual team name I use in other games: Angelfire. And, to be honest, I can't remember why I didn't. :o
 
my team's name is team explorer.
i named it like that cause in the game, the team always explore and find different places!!
 
I was playing my PMD: EoT last night and noticed I named the team "Team Twilight"

I don't even think I was thinking about the book at the time...I think I was referencing the fact that the team was just starting, or something.
 
Blue: EbonyFlame
Red: MudQuil
Darkness & Sky: AeroTape

I recall being Team Loser before, but idr when that happened. My sister was Team Ughhh before she gave me her copy of Darkness, lol.

PMD Blue Rescue: Team Pokepals (Machop and Pikachu)
PMD Explorers of Sky: Team Aura Thunder (Riolu and Pikachu)
PMD Explorers of Time: Team Shockwave (Shinx and Pikachu)

I like Pikachu
