What's your favourite Pokémon?

I always had a thing for Bellsprout ever since that episode where Ash's Muk faces some girl's Bellsprout in a tournament. Having Bellsprout as my favorite pokemon though is something that happened rather recently. Within this year atleast. :D

My top ten favourites break down like this:

1) Furret - It's my favourite animal in Pokemon form. I loved it the moment I laid eyes on it when my Sentret evolved during my first run of Pokemon Gold.
2) Flareon - My original favourite. Something about it just made me think of it as a combination of cute, beautiful, and BA. Probably because it's a cute puppy that sets stuff on fire (that looks less like a puppy than Growlithe).
3) Lapras - It's beautiful and it got a lot more powerful as generations went on. I've always liked the way it looked, and now it has much more battle prowess. Definitely deserves its place in my top ten.
4) Ampharos - Electric sheep that looks more adorable than any normal sheep ever will. It's silly-looking and not too shabby of a battler, to boot (not to mention the fact that it was in my first party for Gold).
5) Meganium - The perfect combination of cute/BA. I fell in love with this grassy dino as soon as I saw it. It's become a staple in my NU lineups, as well, so I love it to death.
6) Chatot - I'm a musician. It's a bird with an eighth note for a head. Do the math.
7) Dunsparce - I find it cute, so sue me. It's a little harmless (compared to Arbok and Onix) snake that has cute little wings and I just want to take it home with me and watch it hover and snuggle it.
8) Milotic - Beautiful and powerful. More powerful than Lapras, but not as beautiful in my mind. Still a cut above the rest and it deserves a place in my top ten.
9) Swalot - Imagine someone riding this or a Gulpin into battle as if they were George Washington crossing the Delaware. Add that to the fact that it was an unexpected poison-type powerhouse and you've got my reason for it being #9.
10) Slowbro - It was in my original Blue version lineup due to me liking how stupid it was. It was adorably dumb (other Pokemon in this category include Seel), and the ability to Surf and use Psychic was so cool to me back in the day. I still find it to be an unexpected source of awesome (and an expected source of laughs), so it's in my top ten.

My favourite Pokemon, currently, is Empoleon Before, I used to think badly of Piplup until one day, when I was wondering why so many people liked it, I finally decided to use it. It is my current starter in my playthrough of Diamond and it really grew on me, so much so that I trained it especially hard and evolved it twice before any of my other Pokemon.

Darkai comes a close second.

My favorite pokemon ever since I got into pokemon is Jiggly Puff, I first noticed her cause she was pink and that happens to be my favorite color but I just love that she loves to sing and is just an interesting and funny pokemon!

My favorite has to be either Mew or Arceus. Both of them are unstoppable when in the right hands. Other honorable mentions would be mewtwo, porygon z, celebi, deoxys, and rhyperior.

I have to say, even though it's easy to get, my favorite would have to be infernape. It has awesome speed, a great design, and it being a fire type doesn't hurt one bit, either. :D
