When items go wrong - Pokémon edition

Trainer uses a red chain, and accidently gets his hands tied up, and is bound to the lake spirit's will for all eternity.

Lucas gives his mankey a sticky barb.
Mankey hates the item and throws sticky barb in Lucas's face.
lucas is now blind.
ugh, that was terrible.
 
Trainer is given the National Pokédex
Wants to find Giratina and travels to Route 214.
Finds the path to the Sendoff Spring and follows it.
Enters the Turnback cave and gets lost for a long, long while.
Finds his way to the Middle of the cave, but since he's in Platinum, didn't realize Giratina moved to the Torn World.
Trainer cries and is lost forever.​
 
Trainer uses some deodorant after showering.
Except, what he doesn't know was that it was a reverse Max Repel.

The trainer is naked, btw.
 
Chansey ate up a Hyper Potion(Yes, ATE), but Chansey was already on full HP. Thank's to Nintendo's dodgy programming, Nintendo was forced to cover up their mistake by releasing Blissey.
Ok, that was bad. But meh.

Wants to find Giratina and travels to route 214.
Finds Sendoff spring.

Trainer wants to get a Gardevoir from Ruby.
So, they go to the Trade Room.

Unfortunately, he put the Pokeball in wrongly so he got sucked up.

Holy Smokes! Red is now owned by his Magikarp!
 
Lucas gives the Masterball to Swampert by accident. Swampert throws it at Lucas, Lucas is captured and is now #494 in the pokedex.
 
I used a TM of Water Pulse on Chairzard. He can learn it, actually. But now he's a Smoke/Flying type.
 
Gymnotide used Bicycle, except it was really rusty, so he ended up moving slower.
 
Red attempted to play the Pokeflute's song backwards (ala Ocarina of Time) and all Pokemon upon the field fell asleep.
 
Lucas finds some Sacred Ash, so he puts it in a little bag. While rummaging through his stuff for an Antidote, he pulls out the bag. Lucas has short-term memory loss, so he opens it, doesn't know what it is. He decides to smell it. He was already alive, so he falls dead on the ground, along with all his Pokemon.
 
Gymnotide find TM26, however, doesn't know it is a TM. He puts it into his computer to find out what's inside. His computer learns a new move and destroys the internet.

Marowak Holds a Bone.

Red Switches Bone with Twisted Spoon.

Marowak uses Bonemerang in battle against a Psyduck.

Psyduck dies of Brain trauma and Psi Overdose.

Red gets sued.
 
Blue give Pidgeot iron ball.
Blue have Pidgeot fly him over cliff.
Iron ball make Pidgoet fall.
They both die.
