Wait, it isn't 4PM - 8PM. It's 8PM to 4AM (Night). Those are the times Gligar will evolve into Gliscor.

8:00 PM, i thought that night time started at six, oh well, just set your DS internal clock to 8:00 PM and once you've evoled it, change it back
 
Where can i find Drifloon..i just wat to see him...because is tha only pokemon who left to see.....

Every friday, you can see a drifloon outside of the weather institute

that's right, i've been playing ruby latley, so every friday at the Valley Windworks, after you've beaten team galactic(i forget their name) a drifloon should be there
 
I'm looking for "flying" 'mon. I need it to Fly... BTW I need too leaf or fire PKMN, to give to it Cut.

Help Get National Dex

I have Pokemon Diamond, can anyone tell me where I can see PorygonZ (I don't have the National Dex)

An even better grass-type would be Turtwig/Grotle/Torterra, depending what stage you're at in the game. If you didn't start with Turtwig, try to catch a Roserade

Same with fire, if you started with Chimchar it will evolve into one of the best Pokemon on the game. If not Ponyta is your only alternative

For the flying type I'd recommend Starly or Murkrow who has a handy part dark-type advantage

You get Porygon-Z by trading a Porygon2 holding a Dubious Disc.
You get Porygon2 by trading a Porygon holding an Up-Grade.
You get Porygon by finding and catching it in the Trophy Garden in the back of the Pokémon Mansion south of Hearthome, but only if the owner, Mr. Backlot, says he saw Porygon that day. For this feature to open up, you will need the National Pokédex, so if you want Porygon-anything before then, you will want to trade with someone else.
 
Alex, I need to see Porygon-Z to get the national dex, so I can't catch Porygon (or request Porygon on the GTS) until I get the national dex, which I can't do because I haven't seen Porygon-Z.
There must be a trainer somewhere with it, but to my knowledge I have faced every trainer so far...
 
Eh? Porygon-Z isn't in the Sinnoh Pokédex. None of the Porygon forms are.

Here, check for yourself: Sinnoh Pokédex

Btw, you'll only need the first 150, so don't include Manaphy on that. You probably are confusing yourself when looking at the National Pokédex in conjunction with your Sinnoh one. If you need a certain entry, say the # and I can help you with that.

I dont think you can catch Roserade.

You can only get a shiny Lucario by hatching a shiny Riolu, that's the only way to get one
