Which pokemon deserves an evo in the 5th gen the most?

I saw this on Arkeis, so I decided to bring it here to see what the members of Pokecommunity thinks.
This'll be the 4th time I voted Lapras.
(Yes, this is inculding the 3 votes I made at Arkeis.)

I honsetly don't think I would want a new evo for any of these, but if I had to choose, I would say Farfetch'd, as it always seemed, I don't know, not as good as it could be.

I want a Mawile evolution.
I love this little pokemon, but it is simply impossible to use it in battle because of his low stats :S

I think Magikarp needs a branched evolution.

Edit: But Farfetch'd needs an evo too.

I didn't understand why there was a Dusknoir but not an evo for Banette for Gen IV, and even more confused that they made Dusklops before other pokemon that havn't yet evolved.

Farfetch'd imo, I like him and wish he was more viable but his stats are a bit poo. Maybe duel wield leeks or something.

I just in general like Farfetch'd more so I put my vote in for him. I would prefer an evo for Luvdisc though, because Luvdisc needs more luv.

I've always loved Dunsparce, but its stats kinda make it hard to battle with. Also, it needs to be part dragon. Mmmm Dragon/Normal...sounds cool :)

Pachirisu to me, I loved using him in Diamond but felt he needed mire of a push.

IF they made the sprite, stats, and move-sets good, I would approve of it. However, they rarely do when it comes to making new evolutions for existing Pokemons.

I really don't think Lapras needs an evolution. It is already good on its own. However, it would be nice if Fearow were to evolve into something else.

Bleh... Lapras is good in UU, so If I REALLY wanted to use it's evo line, I could play UU...
(But having a evo for OU would be awesome...)

Farfetch'd definitely deserves it.
It's a cookie cutter normal/flying, none of it's stats go above 70, and it's barely available anywhere.
Don't get me wrong though. The unibrowed duck with leek is an awesome concept, it just needs something to separate it from it's brethren.
Sableye and mawile definitely need one, since I'm interested to see how a sableye evolution would fare against the almighty spiritomb.

Fun fact: Except for tropius and carnivine, every non legendary grass type pokemon has an evolution and/or pre-evolution.
