2nd Gen Who was your Johto Starter?

Actually There is a way to get all three starters wihout trading and without a gameshark.

cyndaquil, I kinda regretted it at first, but quilava and typhlosion are soo cool and powerful^^*faints*

Gold - Totodile
Silver - Cyndaquil

When I get Crystal, I am gonna choose Chikorita =P

The first time I played the Johto version was in Silver, and I chose Chikorita. On my Crystal I had Cyndaquil.... but I used all of them at one point, because I started over a few times...

I chose Totodile because Im a water trainer.
FERALIGATR FOREVER!

I chose Tododile,I think he is the best starter because so far in my game he's been the most useful execpt for mahogany town's gym.

I have always chosen Cyndaquill because it's fire type, and it's good against the first two Gym leaders.

You better watch out lol.Cyndaquil isn't going to be useful against Lance (E4 Champion).I know that because I used to have a game with Cyndaquil.

but by then you should have a Suicune (this is in Crystal) and it should know an ice attack.

mine was always Cyndaquil, i always thought it was cuter than the others and typhlosion was the pokemon i used most to beat the elite four and Lance

Still, your starter should be your best Pokemon.

I picked Totodile in both my Gold and Crystal. When I restarted Crystal, I traded eggs with Cyndaquil and Chikorita over, though, so technically I got them all.

Only one question:Why does your rival always get your starter's weakness??
