Yes; Alloy Pokemon Archaludon is the correct answer. Has access to move called Electro Shot, which works similar to Meteor Beam, but has added advantage of Electric type, which becomes instant shot in Rain setup.

Apparently, this will be my next VPP about which I was thinking few days ago !!
