Felt like a long shot, but it might still narrow things down further down the line =P

Is it a Bug, Fighting or Water type ?
Nope
Eh. Eliminated plenty of legendaries with the gender question. Helps a good amount.
____________

Is at least one of this Pokemon's types Normal, Fire, Flying, or Poison?
Nope!
Does that Pokemon evolution line needs special evolution methods ? (Stones, tasks, trades, etc.)
No.

Don't feel like trying to make a list just yet. Already ruled out a lot of common types though.

Was this Pokemon introduced in gen 1, gen 2, gen 3 or gen 4 ?

Nope
Yours and ReKoil's layering had covered first 6 generations, and only 3 generations are remaining. So:

Is this Pokémon not from gen-7, 8 or 9 ?
Yes!

Sooo... gen 7, 8 or 9 I guess? Gonna assume the phrasing got overlooked as otherwise it would be from no generation at all
I mean the last question was "Is this Pokemon not from gen 7, 8 or 9 ". So yes = it's not from gen 7, 8 or 9... but it's also not from any other gen due to the other two questions
School always loved doing these sorts of 'precise reading problems' in tests back when I was still in it long ago... misread even a single word and you'd likely answer it wrong.

So assuming it's from gen 7, 8 or 9...

Is this Pokemon either a pseudo-legendary or a starter ?

Feels like trying some hodgepodge combined question.
__________

Is this Pokemon any of the following: a starter, a Normal type, OR introduced in Generations 1 or 2?

Good start. Pared it down to about 419 overall, with 251 in the first two generations. Consists of 138 Normal types overall. Axed a lot of legendaries.

Might as well dissect the question a little.
_______________

Was this Pokemon introduced in Generation 2 OR is it a Normal type?

Yes.

Let me try to create a gap via stat;

Is that Pokemon's base speed more than or equal to 90 ?

Just gonna drop this here again =P

2. Questions can't be number related- no weights/heights, stats or Pokedex numbers. This is to avoid it becoming a number focused game when this is supposed to be about the Pokemon!

Is a starter, a Normal type, OR introduced in Generations 1 or 2?
Is introduced in Generation 2 OR is a Normal type
