Surf = 90 Damage
Water Pokemon w/ Surf = 135 Damage
+ Rain Dance = 203 Damage

You know surf is 95 bp right?

Have you tried some hg/ss egg move breeding, Syndrome?
It'd probably pass the time if you really want to keep on breeding, even if most of those moves are useless.

Nope. You can try the Masuda Method in the meantime (breed international parents, e.g. Japanese Ditto and English Charmander).

That's what I'm doing now. Thanks for telling me the truth, I've been to sites that say you can beat the E4 1000 times and get all Shinies, or walk into the day care grass on Emerald and get all Shinies. It's very confusing to non-sceptics... Thankfully I'm sceptical about things like this.
