You're really dense. Stop asking if something is an event or not and look it up. TwilightBlade isn't a man and it's very obvious that you should release a hacked pokemon.

so basically you dont know what your ev's are untill your level 100? is there any other way to check them? and thanks so much for the liunk

Look, I'm not an expert about events and such, so I find it easier to find out here. Also, calling him a "man" isn't so bad, it's just what I say...

If you look-up a Pokemon on Bulbapedia, you will find the type of stats your Pokemon should have for LV. 50 or Lv. 100.

wow thats just being a douche if some one wants to learn help them, don't insult them, i doubt you came to this site a pokemon expert

And yes, I was a pokemon master when I came to this site.
 
Since no one else will tell them what Ivs are I guess I will lol.

Ivs are Individual Values that range from 0-31. Each stat is given a value within that range and the higher the value the higher the base stat will be with out any training. These values are determined at birth for eggs or when you catch them, also these values cannot be changed. The only way to check them is use a Iv calcuator with the pokemon at level 100 untouched.
So for the best or optimal pokemon you want the highest Ivs you can in the most important stats.

What's quoted isn't true.

Furthermore, a calculator isn't recommended since they almost never give you the exact IVs.

ok everyone chill if you dont have something nice to say then dont say it! people are here for all different reasons we shouldnt discriminate people because of that reason this is a site for beginners as well as experts!
