Night Sky's Edge has nothing special. The one through the GTS...eh, just ask for a pidgey or bidoof and offer up some baby of your starter you made in a minute, that should work (I mean, who would need to hack a pidgey or bidoof?!)

To find out iv's you have to use an iv calculator (assuming you don't have AR). Just google iv calculator and it will give you a list of website. Metalkids is generally assumed to be the best.

i put my shiny dratini on the gts in an attempt to clone it, and when i checked up on its clone..there was a clefairy in its place, named dratini..holding a tinymushroom?0_0
