I obviously didn't try to get a good nature or IVs or anything, they just wanted a Mudkip with Mud Bomb and I was like "okay how about a shiny one."
Omanyte is still a pain in the butt so I might try to RNG something else later. Maybe I'll redo my terrible (now EV'd) Luxray/Gallade/Metagross.

How exactly though? Like I downloaded the software thats affiliated with RNG but I don't exactly know how to check the Iv's on it.

but its worth it =D

Ah, I'm glad you guys brought up the IV RNG thing. I've been wondering how you do that for a while, and I think I'll have my first try at it today. Wish me luck. :pink_smile:

I EV trained my Magikarp as well. I should EV train something else soon.
 
Eh, RNG IV breeding is terribly hard. (In a first timers point-of-view.) It took me about half the day just to get this:

Absol
31/16/x/x/30/31
Adamant
Super Luck
Egg Moves: Mean Look, Faint Attack, Bite
Something like that. I forgot, I know it had two 31's and a 30. And Atk. was 16. -_- One of the 31's was speed, so I decided it was good enough for a first try.

(This would have been made so much easier if I had a flawless Ditto. XD)
 
See, I like EV training.
Okay maybe "like" isn't the right word but I don't mind having to do it. :P
