Depends. Would say yes if any of the following apply:
Do you want access to more Pokemon?
Are you tired of the standard uniforms? (Grabs these without too much effort.)
Is your team at an appropriate level? (After the main Paldea story: enemy levels 60-75 for Kitakami and level 70-82 for Blueberry Academy. Scales Kitakami much lower before the completion of the main story.)
Interprets the question "Is dlc worth playing through? " in combination with the first post as already having paid for the DLC and owning it.
In which case, might as well right? Already paid for it.
Outside of the handful of new and all the returning Pokemon you can get...
-Kitakami's main selling point is it's decent plot if you ignore Kieran's tantrum and the ability to ditch the accursed school uniforms.
-For Blueberry it's mainly the item printer and the shiny cafeteria meal tbh. Though the BBQs can be somewhat fun initially until you realize you're doing the same dumb stuff over and over for BP.
Personally finds the Mochi Mayhem stuff that happens after you complete both DLC's pretty funny. Probably bores upon repeat playthroughs though.
If you have NSO you could potentially do some Synchro machine hide & seek. I've seen videos of it and it looks fun. Never done it myself though.
Mostly a skip at this point, considering ZA is close, and imo far more interesting. Though, if you're into catching Pokémon, maybe u wanna get the DLCs for the legendaries.
I would say the same as the poster before me especially with Legends ZA getting close to release date. But as far as I know of, the event Pecha Berry is still available to grab if you do end up grabbing the DLC since that is needed to unlock the Epilogue Mochi storyline. I did enjoy the Kitakami portion but not yet completed the Indigo Disk portion yet. Not especially good with the Double Battles despite some experience with XD Gale of Darkness. But it doesn't help that my mons are not optimized for Doubles format either!
So I would be inclined to say yes to the DLC if you enjoy the doubles format and want a nice challenge, or just want a bit of extra content to play around with. I got it because of the extra clothing options and so I have access to Vulpix in-game. I do have Shining Pearl and Legends Arceus but maybe having easy accessibility to it was enough.
