Would Yar Want the responsability of being a Mod?

Well, I would'nt know, But being a Mod can put a lot of Pressure on you. If you wanna be a good mod, being on each day for a resonable amount of time is something to consider, and you have to make sure topics are in the right place.....
 
I would Be a Mod if i had the change Ive been a mod for alot of my forums and alot of my old gaming clan forums and sometimes been a mod for about 3 sites at a time
 
I think its "pressuring". XD
And your right. I dont find it pressuring at the forums I mod at, so I wouldnt have to worry. ^_^
 
Well, it would be great to help PC and have your forum to moderate. I have always wanted to close annoying or spammy threads when i see them, instead of Pming a mod and wait until they have time. It would be great to help in that way, cleaning spam out of PC, flames, wars....knowing that you can do more things to help than when you were a normal member. But being a normal memer isn't so bad...you can help too.
 
Well being a Mod you have to watch your forum(s) make sure you know what's going on. Reply to questions made in your forum. Make sure you know your forum real good because you don't want to lock a thread that don't need to be locked. And also you got the Mod forum where you go there talk to other staff members or talk about a thread started that you are not sure on. And there is other things.
Some ways it's hard some ways it's not. If you have never been a Mod before and don't know how some of the stuff works around PC then it will be hard for you. But if you know PC real good (like I was when I was Modded) then you will have it easy.
But it's not all fun in games, I mean some times and in some ways I wish I was a member then an Admin.
But I will just use a quote from D "It's all good". XD
 
Wow, thats an interesting point of view Andy. I don't know why people want to be mods.....its some want for fame and power but it really isn't all that. Its really responisibility and dedication towards the site, not to show of to your friends....

You also have to deal the with the suck ups and bashers. Although sometimes they're amusing. XD
 
The only time Modship would be pressuring for me would be when I presume I have a lot of homework. When I get a lot, I start freaking out. But I'm starting to get organized so supposing I was a mod it wouldnt be a problem (Thats nice to think XD) But then again everyone gets pressured sometimes....
 
I'd like to be one because it would give me more to do on this place. I have oodles of free time, since there's nothing good on TV until the evening, and my brother normally is on Animal Crossing until 9:00 at night. It would mean I would have an excuse to be on the internet longer as well XD Obviously it would be a lot of hard work, but I think I'd be up to the job ^_^

That's right... there are members that only want to be modded for the title, the colored name, the respect and the power. Where did the responsibility go? X_X

Well President was a Mod minus the powers. That means it still has one Responsibilty! Setting an example for others!

And one of the top choices for President(I won't tell), doesn't really care about setting an example for PC, or much anything else.
 
It wouldent be that hard...not really plus I allready have the nickname of "un official mod of anime and manga" lol. I'm gonna kill whoever gave me that name,lol.

And I enjoy being a mod. Sure, it is a decent amount of work having 5 forums, but it isn't anything I can't handle. :P Though this is hte biggest forum I've ever been modded at. o_o;;
