This game is pretty straightforward and simple. You present the below poster with a difficult question asking if they would be willing to do something uncomfortable and difficult for a special compensation. The next person answers the difficult question and then submits their own for the next person.

Here's an example:
P1: Would you dump the love of your life for a chance to become a famous actress?
P2: No way. Would you give up the internet for an entire year for a million dollars?
and so on...
