For the chain fishing question: There's no particular spot in any area where you can chain fish many shinies; it all boils down to persistence and luck.

The part you bolded was not false. Since the Mega Stones are Hold items Acrobatics will not be able to use its full power is what that part said. It said nothing about mega evolving or losing the item.

So , Basically he's right !
Holding Mega stone does affect Acrobatics !!! Then Megamon can't never use Acrobatic on full power (110) since they are holding an item.
Mega Stone are different from other held item So I thought Megamon can use Acrobatic on full power despite holding Mega stone .
There goes my perfect moveset for Possible Mega Greninja .

There isn't much chance that Greninja will get a Mega based on the original choices. Only 4 Starters have mega evolutions and one of which has 2 so there is no set pattern to them or a guarantee that they may all get them in the future. Even if we had added Megas next Gen, they may not be any new starter ones.

both parties must add eachother for you two to be fully registered as a friend.

if only one person adds the person but the other doesn't neither will show up on friends list inside of pokemon. and on the 3ds' friends list, will show up only as a provisional friend.

well first off. obviously Gamefreak probably wont give you the Celebi if you only signed up for a Trial.. i'd assume that. only for payers.

As for the dates, those dates are on hold since the pokebank is delayed. So can't sign up, the trial doesn't matter atm (nor the jan 31st deadline), etc.

and i am sure if you have no use for pokebank, you still can use pokebank, you still can sign up yes, and get the celebi

Well, i guess the best thing to do for now is wait and see.. because as far as I know, maybe everyone gets the Celebi for signing up, including trial users. unfortunately Nintendo/Gamefreak had those issues on the Japanese Launch Date and had pulled Pokebank from the Japanese eShop and Canceled the Worldwide release until further notice.

Also I highly recommend getting Pokemon Black, White, Black 2, or White 2.

you're missing out on another pokemon adventure :P also you'll get to transfer those pokemon (including the legendaries you get in that game) over to X/Y with the pokebank (includign the trial) :D!

Black 2/White 2 are as nearly expensive used (about $40-50 at retailers) as when they were new or slightly cheaper on ebay.. however you can pick up black/white used for fairly cheap about $20 at a gamestop or such, or cheaper on ebay.

Not too much difference between b/w and b/w 2 other than different story, a few different legendaries, events, etc.

Hmm, thanks a lot for yet another hint. I'm seriously considering it, the Tao trio looks so awesome... But idk if I'll be able to get them yet. Do you think it's too hard to find someone around who's willing to trade Zekrom and other legendaries for the Kalos legendaries? I've been trading a lot on the GTS but haven't had any luck getting them yet.

I personally got all my Non-Kalos legendaries on the GTS.. but it took literally straight hours of refreshing search results over and over and over and over.. because every so often someone (probably someone cloning pokemon) will sometimes post a Legendary asking for the most ridiculous things.. i.e. I got a Lugia for a Bunnelby, or I got a Xerneas for a Gliscor, got a Virizion for a xerneas, etc etc..

I believe they do this because they want to complete the pokedex, but they know that if they clone and trade those legendaries, that they can definately get any pokemon they want in under a minute with no effort.

but with that said, You gotta be quick, which is why i refresh the results over and over.. because there's probably hundreds of others doing the same. and I am sure if someone posted a Lugia for a bunnelby again, there'd be probably 50+ people fighting to outspeed the others in nabbing that trade xD! I too personally missed on some epic trades (i.e. glaceon for a entei, xerneas for a giratina) cause i was probably a split second too slow..

So just keep at it is all i can recommend. it's tedious and boring but it can be done...

Also On the trader's corner here on this forum, there are a few shops that are trading cloned legendary pokemon for shinies, items (usually evolutionary items), or random pokemon they are in need of. so just check them out and try asking for one :)

The answer to your question is da, Master Balls aren't passed down. Neither are Cherish Balls.

Depends on the post game :P adventure yes, but events, and timed special events (wifi), it was a bit lacking.. most notably no Victini on liberty garden/island on b/w 2 just an empty lighthouse even with the liberty pass in inventory D:

True, it was lacking in them there events. But at least there's still other stuff to do.

I see. Personally I find that this is really the tricky side of the GTS. I can never tell whether or not the pokemon is cloned. I'm not against cloning actually, but I can never tell where my traded pokes came from, e.g.: if someone who's against cloning asked me if my legendaries are cloned I'd never know the answer myself.

Also, I find it crazy how people go to some length to get Vivillon patterns. Sometimes it's just absurd how you can get a lengendary in a couple of minutes for the bug you can catch on the very first forest in the game.

May I add you Sorrow and Stella-chan? I'm off to check the trading corner, might as well make a list of what I have in store sometime soon. Hopefully I'll get B/W (it's hard to get things from ebay where I live) or B/W 2. I'm drooling over Zekrom.....

At the moment with Pokebank unavailable to the world and only so many prev gen legendaries that managed to transfer over when the pokebank was available for only 1 day in japan...

If you see a previous gen Legendary on GTS. it's most likely 90% cloned/hacked duplicate of those.
If it has All perfect IVs it's 99.99% hacked.
And if it's Shiny, it's 99.99% hacked as they were never available legitimately shiny with an exception of 2-3 from special events
and if those 2-3 are shiny and it's OT is a person's name, it's 100% hacked as the OT would be the name of the event or Season/Year (i.e. SUM2013, for when gamestop gave away shiny legendaries during x&y preorder).

Yeah, I'll remember your hints Raven, some peepz may deem cloning wrong... but a Shiny Zekrom is just... I can't narrow down the things I WOULDN'T do for one :c I guess I'm starting to get a bit addicted to Pokémon and this is scary.
