Next question, and I don't need a lot of posts telling me that Ledian sucks, I have eyes ( lol! ;-) ) HOWEVER I just got a Ledyba in Wonder Trade with the ability Rattled (and I looked up that it becomes the ability Iron Fist on evolution) and it was born with Focus Punch, Drain Punch, Dizzy Punch and Bug Buzz so I am wondering if anyone can suggest a way to make Iron Fist Ledian good, because I am currently breeding for Vespiquen but Ledyba will be next so since I was given both it's hidden ability and some impressive (on other pokemon anyway!) moves, I just want some opinions on how I could make it worthwhile. Thanks

The best I can think of for your Iron Fist Ledian is this:

-Ledian w/Focus Sash
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 4 Sp.Attack
Moves: Swords Dance, Drain Punch, Dizzy Punch, Acrobatics

Ledian will probably never really have the chance to use Focus Punch because it's so frail and isn't terribly threatening.


Also, about your double posting issue....idk what the deal is with that. You seem to be the only one with that issue in this thread. Maybe it's an issue with the forum style yer using, or you're hitting the submit post button too much.

There's nowhere in X and Y to obtain those kinds of balls to catch Pokemon with. All those Pokemon in the rare balls (like Love Balls and Dream Balls) were bred from female Pokemon caught in older generations where you could get those balls that were later transferred to X/Y. Most of the ones you've encountered are probably legit, but you'll wanna check with the regulars in the Trade Corner to make sure.

Definitely not hitting submit button too much, I hit it once and wait. Most of the time it takes 30 seconds to 1 minute from when I hit the submit button till the page actually loads and my post (posts!) show up. It's kind of a hassle, but I am only hitting submit once and letting the page take however long it needs to take to actually post. I never hit more than once.

Hmm, that definitely sounds like what happens when a thread gets really long and the double post curse comes around. It's weird how it only seems to happen to you. Maybe try clearing your cache and browser history? If that doesn't help, ask about it in the Community Questions and Feedback section.

Well I do write long posts, that part is true, but as you can see by what I have been posting they're not novel length posts or anything.

This isn't a big problem, it's more of a minor annoyance, but one time (months ago probably) I got a Delcatty through Wonder Trade and it was from Unova or Sinnoh or something, so its entry in my Pokedex has the Pokeball whereas everything else in my pokedex has the Kalos symbol next to it, so even when I evolve my own Delcatty, will it always have the Pokeball symbol and never the Kalos symbol??

If you obtain a Delcatty born in Kalos it will replace the Poké Ball sign with the Kalos symbol, as far I know anyway.

You might have seen them through PSS battles (if you challenge someone via PSS), because if I remember correctly, nicknames show up for those battles.
 
This confusion will never end until a satisfactory answer is shown.

I have read that if one fails to catch Snorlax on Route 7, it will respawn every time you have defeated the Elite Four and registered into the Hall of Fame. However, it will be sleeping again! How do you wake it back up? No videos on any website show Snorlax being woken up after the Elite Four, and all videos showing Snorlax being captured is on the first wake up. Not to mention it's the Shabboneau Castle manager that wakes Snorlax up the first time. Will you have to fly to Cyllage/Ambrette to regain access to Connecting Cave if this happens?
 
so since Magician works with the move Heat Wave (which I say through experience) even though Heat Wave doesn't make physical contact, does that mean EVERY attack (as long as it hits) can activate the Magician Ability?
 
I'm currently breeding a Roselia and two of it's moves will be Toxic Spikes and Leech Seed, and while I knew Budew could learn Extrasensory, I never bothered breeding for it because it doesn't get STAB and it's not supereffective against any of Reserade's weakness types so I never bothered but looking online it looks like tons of people want that move on their roserade so should I rethink things and try to get Extrasensory instead of Toxic Spike or Leech Seed? (the other two moves are staying. I'm certainly not looking forward to it since it took me a WEEK to get a Munchlax with the correct nature so I'm not really looking forward to going through that again with Budew)

On a side note, how do you evolve Budew anyway? I know it's happiness needs to be 220 or higher and gain a level during the day, but I just did that and nothing happened. For every other pokemon I've caught or hatched I simply went to an intersection in Lumiose City, gently put a piece of paper under the control stick to the extreme left or right so the character spins around on his roller skates and normally after 20 minutes the pokemon needing max happiness will evolve no problem. The Budew I have, however, was gotten via Wonder Trade and I did my spinning trick for 20 minutes and levelled up, nothing happened. Spun around for another 10 minutes and levelled up, again nothing. Do traded pokemon have lower happiness than a wild caught pokemon? and what actually counts as daytime? It's currently just after 4pm and no evolution. does it have to be earlier in the day? Thanks for any help.

EDIT: Nevermind about Budew, apparently traded pokemon take at least 30 minutes and maximum 40 minutes to evolve through happiness.

Yeah. Magician will work with any attacking move, so long as Delphox isn't holding and item.

cause my other two moves are Giga Drain and Sludge Bomb. Sometimes I wish Pokemon would let you have just one more move! :)

I think we misunderstand each other, I was trying to decide between getting rid of Toxic Spikes or Leech Seed in order to breed for Extrasensory or keeping Toxic Spikes and Leech Seed because the other two moves were staying regardless (which happens to be Giga Drain and Sludge Bomb)
 
How do I get a Pokémon with Happy Hour? I want to make the big $$$ by stacking it with Prize Money Power Lvl 3 and Amulet Coin plus the amount of money you make from the reward of Balm Mushrooms.
