I had run across an interesting theory on Reddit, and it had to do with the A Core, B Core, and the red and blue coloring on Complete Forme. The Core that we see now with Ash and co. has the "red core" inside it. What of the Zygarde that Team Flare is in possession of in the opening composed of the "blue core"? And when you get "Red Core 50%" and "Blue Core 50%" merged, that gives you the blue and red coloring that you see on Complete Forme Zygarde.

That's similar to my theory mentioned above, except I didn't knew there was a blue core...is that "blue core" confirmed or is it speculation.

Most likely dates to get an announcement/leak/evidence of 'Z':

10th - 14th November: CoroCoro leaks, and if Masuda is going to reveal the new game(s) Corocoro is more than likely to hold background information.
15th November: As I said, Masuda might reveal the new Pokémon games on Pokenchi.
Late November: In a Nintendo/Pokemon Direct
26th February 2016: If we don't get any announcement this month, GF is probably going to wait 'till the 20th anniversary

It's also possible that it's own energy was absorbed. Zygarde core looked pretty strained when her chespie went and saved Zygarde core. I'm basing this on the serebii episode pics I saw.




Don't forget an official site leak, as the Hoopa McDonalds event shows the site is sometimes updated ahead of time.


btw for those in the Americas it will be the 14th when the Pokénchi episode airs in Japan. So 2 weeks from now, it should start in either 3/4 pm but the end of DST after today is messing my memory up (also it's been while since I saw any of the variety episodes).

An episode from the XY & Z series aired today and something interesting was pointed out. Ash currently has 7 badges whilst Sawyer has 5, but when comparing badges it seems that Sawyer has 3 different badges than Ash does.

It looks like the first badge would be a Fire-type gym, Viola has moved upto the 2nd gym, Water-type taking the 3rd gym and then Ramos remaining the same with an unknown type for the 5th Gym. Thoughts?

It's interesting how in the Team Flare sequence, it shows 50% Zygarde and Alain on their side against Ash and co. Alain I already know will eventually team up with Ash against TF, but TF have a freaking 50% Zygarde while you can clearly see Bonnie holding on to Squishy.

I think ORAS' theory about Team Flare having a 50% while you have a 50% is a little more likely after seeing that video. And Complete Forme in that video is freaking majestic btw.

I was talking about squishy, the Zygrarde core that travels with Ash and his friends. =] His belly is red

Actually that they're updating an old game might mean that perhaps GF will update the main games and simply add the Zygarde formes and allow us to start a new save file to play it's story...nah, too much lost money.

Well, GameFreak did say that wanted to do something 'new and different.' Besides, however unlikely the event of this happening is, I did present this route as a remote possibility early on in this thread. It got blown out of the sky by one of your guys's Yveltal's Oblivion Wing pretty quickly and wasn't given a second thought when I mentioned it again later, but I think getting updates to X and Y (and possibly even ΩR and αS as well) would be rather neat. That said, it wouldn't be wise for me to hold my breath and cross my fingers to wait for something this radical to occur to the Pokémon franchise.

You live in U.S. right? It's already the 1st of November in Japan so exactly two weeks (in terms of days, not hours). It'll be Saturday Nov. 14th here when the episode airs over there. Knowing that it's fourteen days instead of fifteen makes the wait more livable ^_^.

There's also the fact that Steven(while giving it to you) references a boy with a black Charizard going up against Mega-Raquaza. It's probably just a reference, but still... *FEELS INTENSIFIES*

I also think that Alain might be added to the games due to that reference and the fact that he is still appears to be in Lysander's side in the anime. It'll make him the first character since James and Jessie to be added to a third version when first appearing in the anime.

Could this be hinting toward prequels again, perhaps? I mean, between Alain, Sino, and Dexia, we've got rather a lot of past-word references here…

Maybe GF will bring back the follow feature but for Zygarde core and dog (maybe one or both of it's other forms...but that giant is big so...) only much like Yellow had Pikachu being the only one to follow the player. Won't it be funny if Zygarde core ends up being our starter?

I'd be sad if that turns out to be the case; I really liked being able to see how all of the different Pokémon look in the over-world. That said, only allowing Zygarde Core and Zygarde 10% to follow you would make GameFreak's coding job a lot easier.

technically, no one in the anime has ever been shown to beat Giovanni in a pokemon battle. ash got the earth badge from beating jessie & every time a skirmish with Giovanni has taken place its never really been a pokemon battle but rather a skirmish between sides.
no one has beaten the first mewtwo in a pokemon battle either, regardless of whether it battled as a trainer or as a pokemon. the only time it was defeated was via black mail and two mind control/binding machines

This is more anime-related, but it's just a thought I had. You know how the Anistar Sundial is front and center of the XY&Z promotional poster? I'm wondering if Team Flare is going to be taking it and using it as the "ultimate weapon" instead of the original that's in the games. Because IIRC, there have been absolutely no hints of AZ and the Kalos War in the anime so far, has there?
