[YGO] So I went to Locals

    Because I have a life I couldn't make the tournament, so I hung around and attempted to make trades. My brother and I found many people willing to trade for our Vanadis of the Nordic Ascendant. Although they had soo many good Naturias, my brother refused to trade (he pulled it anyways :x). We did make some trades though. I finally got my hands on a Mirror Force for a Rare Magical Android (TUO3) and an Ultra Rare Chaos King Archfiend that was in bad condition (TSHD). Then I proceeded to trade a Dimensional Fissure for a Giant Trunade, which I also didn't have. I know I traded my Sanctuary in the Sky for something, but I forgot what. My brother got some free Watts for his Solidarity build, aaaannddd... I found no one with Bamboos ;~~~;

    I dueled a guy with some sort of Dragon Turbo that was annoyingly consistent. I lost 2-1, and in my defense my irl Naturia deck only has 1 Bamboo and instead of pure Naturias because of my lack of them I had to stick in the plant engine (Lonefire, Tytannial, Gigaplant, etc.) just to get 40 cards. :x

    Most cities do.

    I don't go to tournaments though. The game is too disappointing financially. : U And I spend all my money on other things.

    Well, I got banned from my locals for doing nothing, and I mean nothing wrong. I picked up this binder, which had been left behind and asked everyone who was still there (this was at the end of the tourney) and no one claimed it. I took it home, planning to take it to the next tourney. My friend came by and told me he knew who's it was, and took it to him. When I arrive next time, I'm told that because I didn't hand it in at the other tournament, they assumed I stole it and banned me without warning. Afterwards, it turns out he got banned too, but I now have to find a new 'locals' which won't be local really to attend :/
     
    There's a club for dueling in my school, and I'm in it. It's fun, and a good place to try out a new deck. I'm actually looking forward to going back to school to try out my Wall of Revealing Light deck. There are also locals every Saturday at the comic shop, but it's honestly mostly a trade meet for collectors, and when there is dueling, it's not very good dueling, people are getting thrown out for cheating all the time.
