    Hey guys, I'm an avid Pokemon fan from the great state of Colorado in the USA. Just thought I'd start this intro thread to get involved in the community. I'm not much of an artist or an opinionated blogger, but I do have some experience in C.S. and programming, and I thought a while back that I would start messing with ruby scripts in Pokémon Essentials via RPG maker XP. I've been working hard on a fan-made game so far and thought this would be an excellent place to maybe put my efforts out there.
    Maybe I can get a good team together to work on it...?
    I dunno. I think it's good to just get involved first.

    BTW, favorite pokes are pretty much all steel types; favorite generation is gen III (gen I makes a close second though).
     
    Mmm, good luck with your fan-made game! I'm not much familiar with Game Dev, but we do have our Game Dev board you can check out, so you'll be able to ask questions, get some tools/resources, etc, etc! Maybe some ideas will bounce for you there. :]

    Hooray for steel types btw; I really do like pokemon like Lucario, Mawile, Scizor, and Steelix!So cooool. Gen 3 is pretty much my favourite too. Ah, and take care, have a happy holiday! Lemme know if you have any questions about the forums! See you later. <33
     
    Hoenn. *~* Good choice haha. Welcome, Vec! Game-making is very popular here and you're sure to find a lot of resources to help you out in that regard. [; I used to be interested in that maaany years ago but nowadays it's better for me to just watch from afar, aha.

    Steel-types rock! My favorites gotta be Aggron, Empoleon, and Bisharp <3
    Especially Bisharp. That one brought me to victory in Y. Turns out that Bisharp is a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE for Gardevoirs, who knew?
