I've been watching a ton more series lately and I've yet to see anything that can even touch these titles. Not to say that I haven't enjoyed the other series I've seen, but they all leave me wanting something more.

Ouran would have left me wanting more, but thankfully it has an ongoing manga which isn't so random. lol
 
I really don't read any manga aside from One Piece so I'll just list anime.

O.o That's a lot; isn't the point of a list of favorites to... well... limit it to your favorites? I mean, I could list off a bunch of stuff I like, too. There are some really good ones that I liked, but I just listed my top top top absolute highest bestest favorite ever (Cardcaptor Sakura :)).

BTW, Outlaw Star is awesome, and I recommend it to everyone. As a side note, it is one of the few anime I can stand to watch dubbed (though I still prefer subtitles).

I really really like One Piece (I haven't gone a day without watching an episode for about a year now) and it ranks above all future and current anime. Same with Manga, One Piece just plain rules. Now for the others:

Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood:No introduction needed! XD
The Prince of Tennis: A story about Ryoma Echizen, a rising rookie tennis star!
The law of Ueki: If you like to watch shows related to justice, then this one's really a piece of your pie!
CardcaptorSakura:About how sakura collects clow cards and becomes their master! AWESOME
Yu Yu Hakusho: Another all time fave!
Captain Tsubasa: Road to Dream: Anime about Tsubasa, a rising soccer star. Love this one. <3
Naruto: This is another one that doesn't need introduction. XD
Slamdunk: A humourous anime about basketball. Really good.
Initial D first stage: Get ready for some drifting action while watching this one! :P

Please Note: I have many other faves, but I can't seem to remember them all at a time. o3o

Manga: I have read only Pokespe and the extra parts of FMA manga. But both the mangas are good!

Pokemon (Kanto only) - Part of my childhood and you can't take that away from me.
 
I like Peach Girl (obviously), Sailor Moon, Ouran High School Host Club, Full Moon wo Sagashite... there's more, but those are the main ones.
