Your Phobias?

I don't like spiders with small bodies & long legs or fat bodies & short legs, slugs, snails, worms etc.
I don't like loud, in your face animals like dogs or chavs either, and people who try and control you all the time.

Heights is really the only thing I've been afraid of. Even though I did alright on a pretty big ropes course which went up about 20 metres or so, it was still pretty scary.

Testobia:

Fear of tests 0.o

Warning: Not for people with heart stroke (just kidding!)

...Actually, there's nothing to fear in the world of Pokemon except for one- Steven Stone. Though he may not look like it, each time he appears in the game gave me shivers that I almost forgot my name. But I don't blame him for that, instead, I would like to thank him for teaching me how harsh battles can be. And about that Beldum...

Arthrophbics (I made this up, it may or may not be real), yes people who are afraid of insects scare me more than insects themselves, i mean it just freaks me out whenever my sister starts screaming, and I think she's like dying or something and it's just a fly, god, what is wrong with everyone

I'm super scared of tarantulas. I think that one might be in my shoe, even though I don't live in Australia. And I'm also scared of robbers. I'm afraid they might see my underwear.

Spiders and closed spaces are probably my top two....Oh and driving *Shudder*

where to start...

Acrophobia
Insectiphobia
Arachniphobia
Necrophobia (probably cuz my grandma had me clean up a dead rat from the side of the road)

.:Phobias that I don't know the names of:.
Dark
Bees/Hornets/Wasps/Yellow Jackets
Airplanes
Pointy objects in a doctor's office

and thats all that i can think of

I have a phobia of always thinking something's wrong with me. Like, if my head hurts for a long time, I'll think I have brain cancer. Or if my chest hurts, I'll think it's my heart. Or if I'm around sick people, and I get 1 symptom, I'll think I'm getting it too. And lots of other things like that too. (Dunno what it's called though..)

Maybe because I had a near-death experience when I was 7? Which leads to my phobia of Dentists as well.. because it was a dentist's fault.

which also leads to my phobia of balloons. only the rubber kind, though. But I have a good reason for that, so I'm not too worried about it.

I'm not sure if it's really a "phobia" but I think I have a phobia of ugly, sloppy hand writing. And when ever I mess up, I erase it instantly to make it neat. O_O

Oo, heres a new one, Ghosts, despite my general love of the supanratural (I would love to see a real Vampire) Ghosts just cross the line

Having a phobia means you're afraid of something irrational, as in it cannot possibly harm you. Having a fear of sharks, for instance, has no phobia, because it can actually hurt you.

Just wanted to make that clear.

Ah, I should have been more specific. There is no Greek word for that phobia. Phobias with English names, say germ phobia, are made up by normal people and thus are not listed as real disorders.

Anthropophobia (Greek for "fear of people") for example is a proper phobia.
