80% of physical cartridges I own are either broken or lost. :P
And this is the order of when I got them. I didn't include the spin-off games, since I don't know where should they be in the list. What I do know is that I got Pokemon Ranger before Diamond.

Here are my games, missing ones include Red, Blue and Silver which I can't find. All are corrupted anyways and I don't own the boxes for Red, Blue or Leafgreen. Can't find the box for Yellow. White Version is unopened.

I used to have Pokemon Sapphire, Pokemon FireRed, Pokemon Pearl, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Blue Rescue Team but they got stolen. :c

Now I have Pokemon White and Pokemon X. I hope to obtain my old games back.

I did have Red, Blue, Silver, Gold, and Crystal, Sapphire, and Emerald...but those were mixed in with a bunch of stuff that my brother pawned when he was abusing drugs. >__>

I started out by getting Red and two copies of Blue, then got Gold, Snap, and Stadium 1 & 2. Later I traded a copy of Blue for Ruby, and then got Firered and Leafgreen and then Emerald. Lost Firered and got another only to find the missing copy some months later. A friend gave me Yellow and Pinball and the Trading Card Game a few years ago. Then I got Platinum, Heartgold, and Black too...

The only ones I have physical copies of are all of the 1st and 2nd gen games. Everything else is on ROM
 
I owned every main series game at one point. (not every pair)

Blue got lost. No idea what happened to it.
Yellow was given away by me after my dumb friend started a new game on it.
Gold got stolen at school.
Crystal's internal battery ran dry so I sold it to a used games store.
Both Stadium games got lost because I lent them to friends a lot.
Sapphire I still have, albeit my third copy.
FireRed got sold when I thought I'd outgrown Pokemon.
Colosseum got scratched beyond playability, but I replaced it.
XD I still own.
Platinum I still own.
HeartGold I still own.
White I still own.
White 2 I still own.

I've added a French Sapphire and French Silver Version to my collection recently. :) Thanks again to Gonzo for Silver and...random eBay person for Sapphire! Sapphire even came with the box and manuals. I got a great deal on it too. It was about retail price that I got the game originally back in 2003. Not bad.
