Banned because I've had Bibarel on both my Diamond AND Platinum teams and they rock.
(And yes they are good as HM Slaves since they're Normal/Water they learn most HMs but still.)

Banned because it can learn Super Fang, it's be somewhat easy. Except for the Fighting and Electric Gyms. .-.

Banned because I hate using HM Slaves and try to make my team's HM usage well rounded.

Banned because I totally agree with both of you. If they want to put on some roadblocks, they could always do it differently. (Like instead of HMs, we could just obtain items to get rid of certain roadblocks, instead of teaching moves to Pokémon.)

Banned because there was an unused item in Red/Blue that worked as a Surfboard. 'w' and it's going in my hack

Banned because a pickaxe could replace Rock Smash too.
