    This is an interesting topic. For you, what are the Pokemon protagonists age? Red and Leaf are confirmed that they're 11 of age. But what about all of the other protagonist? How old do you think they are? It may depend on which protagonist we are talking about, some other protagonists look much older than just 10-11.
     
    I'm of the opinion that all the protagonists before BW are around the age of 11. They've all got that kind of build. The DPPt protagonists may be a little older at like 12 or 13. But once BW hits I think the protagonists are around the age of 15 or 16, and the BW2 protagonists are like 14. The age is turned back a bit to like 13 in XY, though.
     
    Really? I thought the X/Y protagonists looked like 16! the D/P/Pl look like they are 13, while the BW protagonists 14. 2 years later, in BW2 protagonists also look like 14.

    While for the Johto and hoenn protagnists, I'd say they are 12. In HG/SS Ethan was modified, he looked a bit more like 13 to me. ORAS completely changed Brendan and May making them look very strange. 15 I think..?

    I'm not sure on the XY protagonists. I guess the overworld makes them look younger to me. Maybe not 13, but they definitely look younger than BW's protagonists.

    And the HGSS remakes certainly made Ethan older than he was in GSC. In GSC, they probably wanted people to think Ethan was just like Red, but the remakes wanted him a bit older and perhaps "more mature."
     
    personally i think XY's protagonists definitely look oldest. say, 15-16 or so.
    then ORAS happened and suddenly they looked super young again, haha. as a result, since i'm older myself now, i did feel a bit more in-character in XY, too. but i don't mind too much.
     
    I think a good majority of the protagonists are around 11-13, with Red/Leaf confirmed as 11 and Brendan/May as 12 (as of ORAS). Hilbert/Hilda are around 14/15, and Calem/Serena are pretty close to that age, but the customization can make them look older or younger than their usual look suggests.
     
    I reckon they look early to mid teens. I think they do seem to be older in the recent Generations.
     
    Red is confirmed to be 11 in FR/LG and Brendan and May are confirmed to be 12. Going by that, I put Ethan/Lyra at the same ages in their respective games. 14 seems to be the official age for Hilbert and Hilda, which sounds about right even though I haven't seen anything that actually confirms that. Nate and Rosa seem a bit younger than them, so I go with 13 for their ages. Calem and Serena are a bit more ambiguous; their models are quite a bit bigger than Brendan and May's so they have to be in their upper teens, but Emma (who is confirmed to be 16) and the preschoolers in that part of the game treat them as though they're quite a bit older.

    He would be 14 in HG/SS, or at least be closer to it. He was 11 in FR/LG and three years had passed since then. That also puts him at around 16 in B2/W2, probably a year or so older depending on how much time had passed between D/P/PL and B/W.

    Well about the whole Calem/Serena thing. If you've played through the Looker missions, then you could use Emma as a sort of base and since she is 16 years old, then Calem/Serena would either be of the same age or older as if you were to compare the height of their overworld sprites with Emma's you'd find that theirs is taller. Plus I'm fairly certain that it was hinted at least that she is younger although I can't remember too well.
     
    considering Emma is of a different ethnicity than Calem and Serena, i don't think their height in comparison to hers is a reason to think they're older, really. i do agree that they look to be around 16 though, based on their look, personality and clothing style.

    as for the other protagonists... i pretty much agree with RedJ's list completely.
     
    Always thought that the protags were always in their early teens to late teens. They look way too old to be only 10.
