Most of the people at my school... well, they've pretty much just grown out of Pokemon, as have I. It's not like they don't like it, it's just that it doesn't interest them anymore, I guess.
Pokemon holds a special place with me for the foreseeable future, I think. I've been at this long, and that hasn't changed. o3o
I don't care what people think of me. Some people laugh at me about playing Pokemon but I just think to myself "More fool you! You're missing out." :\
I wish I could play Pokemon on Wi-fi :(
I bet even if I got wi-fi I'd never understand the full competitive battling stuff.
Exactly.

Only works for Windows XP though. D: I'm glad I have wifi because the USB connector wouldn't work with any of the computers in my house. XD;
But yeah, I can't see myself ever stop liking Pokémon. I've been a strong fan for... nine years now? That's like half my life. :B I'm not gonna just stop liking it. And luckily, the older you get, the more tolerant people are about it. Just about everyone who knows me IRL knows I like Pokémon and they either like it too or they just respect that I do because it doesn't bother them. ^^;
Just read the stickies in the Strategies and Movesets section :x
I'm intrigued to find out how everyone found out about these game mechanics. [I used to think Pokemon was such a simple game]
I'm guessing someone hacked the game and discovered the codes?
I used to think that too, with the ease of beating a game. One of my friends said something like "all you have to do is keep pressing A to beat the game?", which is kinda true if you take out EVs, IVs etc.
:o They're weird to me T_T
