Quite Frankly, thats some kind of ridiculous. In this day and age, HTML and CSS are open source, and normally licensed under the GNU or Creative Commons. People are encouraged to share, to learn. Why do you want to take that away?

The website you've posted does not work correctly in Opera, FireFox, or IE7. I'm not quite sure what the problem is, though.

I totally use Opera. Opera runs much quicker then Firefox on my computer; and can even do a whole lot more (WIDGETS ARE AWESOMER THEN EXTENSIONS!) ^^o

I love Windows Vista. It runs rather well (not very slow at all) even when put onto a Pentium 3 computer with no graphics card! (the old one at my grandfathers). So, Windows Vista is cool w/ me.
