But if that were the case, why blue of all colors? Why purposefully confuse returning fans, especially in a remake? And then put them EXACTLY where the Pokemarts used to be? You're free to think what you want, but my advice is to let go of the idea those are something else and accept the facts.

Recode for new stuff? Separate Poke Marts would be recoding, because this game runs on the X/Y engine, in which Pokemarts are part of Centers.

I seriously doubt they'd choose to make a different building blue, of all colors. Do you have any idea how confusing that would be to returning fans? Think about it, it just doesn't make sense logically.

It was so well received, they pretty much have to bring it back. But, like Poke Marts temporarily returning, I think character customization MIGHT take a break for ORAS, but don't quote me on that.

I loved X/Y, but I STRONGLY urge you to wait. What I'm saying is, ORAS are less than 6 months away (5 months, 1 week, 1 day and counting. :)) and waiting that long is well worth the indescribable Nostalgia you'll feel playing Alpha Sapphire than if you've played X/Y first.
