I never liked legendaries or OU Pokemon. My favourite is Ampharos. I caught a Mareep after the first Gym and I fell for the little sheep and its evolutions.

I always liked the idea of playing a game in its original language (especially if it's Japanese), also I care a lot about story, so probably I'll just have my browser open to search for anything I don't know. As it doesn't use kanji, I can easily type it.

Thanks for the answer. From your custom status and post, I take it you know Japanese. Would you mind telling me how you learned it? And to stay a bit on topic: For those worrying about Region-Lock, Pokemon HG and SS will probably not be locked, as only DSi exclusives will get a region-lock.
