Select 3DS ROM dumps exist and can be found on the internet. They're simply not publicised because A) they're currently useless and B) not many people have the tools to dump ROMs or see fit to distribute them because of A).

Nobody has the time to make a game with hundreds of routes and towns in it. Unless you want to either hire a massive team of people just to recreate maps, or automate so many things that all you're left with is a series of generic near-identical maps with different layouts.
Given the nature of computer data, Pokémon save files are not very big at all. I don't know where this misconception comes from, because this isn't an impossible technical hurdle.
Lots of DS games exist with enough memory in the cartridge to hold the equivalent of two separate Pokémon saves...
To be honest I don't why anyone is coming to either conclusion when he have seen nothing except a logo, two Pokémon and a bunch of statements from the people trying to sell you the game.
Gotta hand it to The Pokémon Company's marketing division, they're clearly very good at their jobs.
That depends how much of the game is new content and how much is re-used assets from B/W, something we will see in due time.
Let's not assume for one second that they spent the last year and a half working on a single DS game. 2012 is still young, and there will be many surprises to arise later...

This is a great example of "realism doesn't mean fun in video games". When games chase a concept of "realistic" behaviour above all else, the player's freedom of choice and chances to have fun playing the game often fall by the wayside.
