    I know I don't. ;c

I do eat good food but the amount of junk food in my house is overwhelming, and a lot of the time we order out as well. On an average day I'll make something good for breakfast, like eggs or toast, but after that it's a free for all through out the day to eat whatever I want, then dinner depends on what we're having as a family. Sometimes it can be something really healthy like rice and steak with vegetables, many other times it can be mcdonalds, pizza or chinese food.

I eat junk food one day a week, sometimes never. I'm on a strict schedule that requires me to stay away from junk food. I train a lot, gym and sh*t, so I need to stay healthy all the time.

Kind of, I don't really ever think I really eat 5 portions of fruit a day though. xD I do have an occasional junk food snack, but I don't eat too much junk food.

I eat quite a lot of candies and ice-creams so...!

I'm also like this when I am not running track, I call this stage "the lazy stage" where I eat whatever I want and when its time to get back on that track, I can barely run and my coach yells at me lol

    Heck no!

Unless hamburgers, fries, and fried chicken strips/nuggets are suddenly considered health foods xD

I can't stand the taste of healthy food so greasy fried food it is! Frankly I don't really care too much about my health, and I'm still at an underweight 110lbs. despite my unhealthy diet :O

I usually eat healthily up until I find snacks/ice cream :3. I look at nutrition values, watch sugar, fat etc, but I have junk food once in a while, since I never have fast food.

Breakfast: Cereal comprising of Bran Flakes which are high in fibre, semi skimmed soya milk and some fruit salad. A fruit smoothie afterwards seals the deal.

Lunch: Toasted sandwitch with cheese and meat of choice and a packet of crisps. A banana and two mandarines completes the set up.

Dinner: Rice with a variety of vegetables and a meat of choice again.

^ This is generally speaking of course. I sometimes like to order a pizza during the weekend.

Yep. Every once in a while I eat junk food, though. But I feel fat afterwards so I exercise to even my body out (if that makes sense at all).

I try to, but most of the time I don't. During sport seasons I do a lot, but now that I can't participate, I'm probably going to be eating junk food for the whole year.

I don't eat as healthy as I would like, especially since I don't eat much to begin with. I'm trying very hard to fix my diet, though.

I made a New Year's resolution to start eating really well and have stuck with it since then. I've cut out all junk food, sugary drinks, and red meats. As of now I only drink water, tea, and coffee when I'm really craving it. As for foods I stick with whole grains and limit my carbs heavily. For protein I usually eat turkey, chicken, or seafood. I've also really cut out my sugars, fats, and sodium intake. Primarily the only fats and sugars I get are from foods like fruits or nuts (unsalted).

I typically eat one full meal a day right when I wake up which consists of a low carb whole grain, protein, vegetable, and some sort of fat. Then later on in the day if I'm really hungry I'll have a small snack. Usually being some nuts and fruit.

Anyways it really works for me. I've noticed I'm a lot more energetic now and besides an improved appearance in my skin and hair I just notice that I feel better all around. I haven't broken at all yet which has been about eight months so far. My plan is to really stick to it for as long as I can and only break a bit during the holidays.

I don't. I mean, I want to. But being moved out and all, healthy food can be expensive.

I normally just for with fast food and ramen. Bad idea though cause I'm gaining some weight. By some I mean maybe like 5 lbs which is a lot for me considering I haven't gained any weight since I stopped growing.

I just ate three chocolate bars. I guess that's your answer. I definitely should eat healthier than I do but I'm underweight anyhow... Plus I have a fast metabolism why not make the most of it!

I just don't eat at all.

No I don't. But compared to some other diets, I do. I don't eat fast food or ready meals or anything like that, but at the same time I don't eat anything particularly good either. Cereal, sandwiches, veggie burgers, rice and pasta = the five food groups of my diet.
