Think about it for a minute before answering. We spend so much in our social life and hating it, we never realize the REAL pains. I have pondered it for a while, and I say mine is the walk. I have to go to 3 different buildings every day, and the main one is 3 stories. Stuff like that.

    honestly, some of the teachers.
some of them just piss me off.

others are nice, or freakin' awesome.

Strict or short-fused teachers is probably why I don't like school sometimes.

sitting next to a kid that pokes you with a mechanical pencil!!!!! lol no thats not it, but its true and it hurts......

No, the real bad thing is locks\combinations! I only have 4-5 minutes to get to class and this is what i have to do in that time:

    1. get to locker and get books
    2. go to the bathroom
    3. fix my hair ;)
    4. make sure my phone is off/vibrate
    5. sharpen pencils

yeah....think you can do that in 4 minutes? I can't....

The worst thing about school are some of the people I have to deal with on a daily basis. >>; People in my grade, I mean. People who cause unnecessary drama and then bring all their friends in it, people who make their business everyone else's, people who judge and discriminate. Although as long as you have your group of good friends, things aren't so bad. :D

I can deal with homework and crappy teachers, but sometimes I have a hard time dealing with the other people in my school. x_x

The Majority of the people at my school are morons who will do anything to mess up your life. You just have to learn how to fight back and make them back off.

Before anyone goes on a homework hating rant, you have to realise that it's to help your parents get closer with the school and ultimately help your education. Yes, there are probably better solutions than that to get your parents more involved with your school curriculum, but homework is the current way and for the last few decades it's been working. Think about that.

The thing I hate most of all about school is the teachers; because the teacher is what makes you end up liking/disliking a subject. The teacher can make you overstressed and can make you learn the subject easily depending on what methods he or she takes and that's a problem. You always hear people complaining that they don't like their English class because of their teacher or that they stayed awake until one in the morning, completing their Geography homework. Being a teacher requires a great deal of responsibility and patience as well as being able to make the right decisions all of the time, and the sad truth is that not a lot of teachers today are fit for the job because they don't have enough responsibility nor patience and they end up making decisions impulsively instead of thinking them out like they should. It's going to stay that way forever and there's not much we can do about it other than let it pass.

Another thing I hate about school are the hypocrites who enjoy slandering the sacred halls of truth, who'll discriminate anyone for whatever reason they can find, who'll degrade anyone in order to stroke their already inflated ego and they'll act like they own the place. I'm talking about the people who think they're the coolest people in the building but they actually aren't. Think about it, if you're cool, you're popular. Being popular means you're generally liked by everyone and these egotistical elitists aren't liked by everyone. No, there is maybe ten or eleven people in the whole school year who think they own the place and those ten or eleven people are the only people who actually like each other. Everyone else is just too scared to say their opinion thanks to peer pressure and that ticks me off, quite a lot.

Homework (which I never did) and having to get up early. I tended to get landed with the more patient teachers so they weren't really a problem.

homework! It just plain sucks. All that time you spend in school just to find out you have to go home and do more of it.

The part i hate about it is when your home you have all the distractions of computer,tv,etc.
I always procrastinate so i am always up late doing homework.

going to school isnt that bad because you can talk to your friends everyday.

Gossip point-blank sucks- it drives us to do some pretty stupid things.
But my main peeves are some relatively unreasonable rules and regulations (i.e. don't bring a phone to school, don't wear necklaces, make sure your hair is at XXX inches below your neck or covering your face, don't wear some types of earrings) that some schools around here have. Particularly the rule about bringing phones to school- what do the students do when they need to contact their parents?
Apparently a lot of the teachers are undereducated in the public schools around here. Teachers are supposedly intelligent individuals positioned into schools to educate students- if they aren't able to teach us properly, then they aren't worthy of being entrusted such delicate positions in society.

Worst thing about my school is homework. In a day, I get 15-20 homeworks (projects and assignments) and I need it to pass tomorrow!!! I have no time to open my computer. I can only open it on weekends. :( I have no problem with teachers they're nice even though they're impatient. And rumors?! Bah, I ignore them. There is nothing you get on it but trouble and misunderstanding. :)
