and I.. I like Chibiusa some of the time, but she gets on my nerves too often. xD;

Makes me happy that she wasn't in Pretty Guardian Sailormoon.

Ooh, I haven't seen any of that besides the first episode, but it's sounding better already! :D

And I'll have to agree. Chibiusa is okay some of the time, but for the rest of the time, that is canceled out and negated. =P

Well she is quite funny in the english one.....but i have watched the Japanese one(subbed of course) and she does get annoying...plus Sailor Luna is better is PGSM!

Aiyh, I have to finish the series soon, so I will know what you are all talking about. In the last Sailor Moon club I didn't even know who Hotaru was, XD.

But that's changed now, as I'm near the halfway point in Super S. ^_^

But I loved that season, I still consider it my favorite aside from Sailor Stars.

I was talking to someone earlier today who hated it. To each their own, I guess, XD. As for me I'm still undecided as I have yet to watch that much of it.

I think my favourite series(out of those I've seen, ie. up to Super S) is Sailor Moon R. Probably because at that point I liked the antagonists as well. Especially Natsumi. ^_^

So much word. The live-action series was awesome in general, but just the concept of Luna turning into a human and becoming an independent senshi was just win. She's adorable, and she's not quite as whiny as Chibi-Usa. Sorry to those who actually like her, but... yeah. Kinda found Luna less obnoxious than Chibi Moon.

A man after my own heart. R's my favorite as well (although, ironically, I don't like Chibi-Usa), mostly because of the Doom Tree arc. Oh, Ail and An. Oh, plot twists.

One theory has Toei letting all their US Sailor Moon licenses expire in order for them to promote the new live-action show.

So thats why it stopped to promote PGSM which now thanks to that sailor moon no longer exists!

Hmm.. I honestly think that Sailor Luna is worse than Chibi Moon. At least Chibi Moon is useful, all Sailor Luna does is squeal and run around. Chibi Moon was able to call Pegasus.

I agree with that.. >_> However, seeing as how Sailor Luna was also (somehow xD) Luna the cat, I still found her awesome. But yeah, she was Chibi Moon's replacement, so of course she had to be somewhat annoying. ; ;

I shudder to think of them bringing PGSM to the US, if it's dubbed of course. There is just so much emotion to the characters that would be completely lost when dubbed. And that was what made the show worth watching. Not the fighting, but the relationships between the girls and between Usagi and Mamoru.

These days they might be able to pull it off. When the anime dub was released voice acting wasn't even half of what it is today. o.o So their might be hope. Although.. in my opinion a lot of the acting in PGSM was pretty corny. ...I still loved it though. xD;

I remember this was brought up in a LiveJournal Sailor Moon group I'm in, and I'll say here what I said there:

The English dub may be cool to see, but I think I'd prefer if the Americans stayed away from it, and let the British do the dubbing. XD

Oh, definitely not, and I think it's cool to know someone else likes them. All of the romantic confusion they brought to the show, all of the we're-evil-but-actually-not-really bits, the Cardians (who, in my opinion, were cooler than the usual monsters-of-the-day... at least, from the first season)... I love those two.

x_x Agreed. There was this YouTube vid that spliced the dubbed anime sound clips (transformations and attacks, mostly) with clips from PGSM, and it... wasn't pleasant. Once I get YouTube working for me again, I could always spread the love. And by love, I mean pain.

Which reminds me, did anyone else ever see Saban's proposal for Sailor Moon? Fun times. I kinda wish they did a pilot episode, just for the the sake of our lulz.
