But don't you think that an adult dragging a teenager into a Ferris Wheel is kind of creepy,
But just think how much creepier it would be if he did the same thing (remember it is the same) to the male character... And don't forget, if you actually do think that what he did was "romantic", that would also make you support N x (male character); seems 'logical', don't you think? (*cringes*)
Secondly, why is N so popular anyway?
But don't you think that an adult dragging a teenager into a Ferris Wheel is kind of creepy, that's if he was there to flirt with the character (like all you FerrisWheel Shippers immediately seem to assume >_> ), you dirty-minded people, you.

That's not only what I was saying, Bacon. I wasn't dismissing the drama, I was dismissing the fact that the amount of drama does not govern how "shippy" a scene is. Please learn to read thoroughly! What about characters that are naturally calm and unemotive? Just because they don't go "OMG LANA DON'T ****ING DIE ON MEEEEE I WILL SAVE YOU", doesn't make the possibility of their love for them any different.
Before you ask me to read with a greater emphasis for detail, why don;t you respond to my whole comment? I already conceded that there was no concrete proof other than Misty's goo-goo eyes for ash, yet you act as if I was completely oblivious. xD Since we are going back to the rescue = love??? ((part)), I'll take the bait.
My first reaction was 1) Boy saving girl and 2)May is a girl. Saving a guy friend is usually a platonic thing, but saving a lady friend is usually interpretted as romantic and more dramatic. For me to toss that aside would also mean to toss the moment when Misty saved ash during the Lugia movie. :3 Take a chill pill nutella, I won't address by your name so you don't bite my head off. xD
Just asking...

He doesn't have any social skills with humans, so he probably didn't realise what he was doing was weird. Like, it's hilariously cute when he randomly tells you he loves the mechanics of the ferris wheel after "kidnapping" you. And yeah, one of the problems with shipping one of the protagonists with an NPC is that the dialogue is the same whether you play as a girl or a boy, and there are some people who would rather just ship one person with another rather than have potentially a few.
He has to be one of the more unique characters in this series~ And one of the few good looking males in the series @~@ He's a bishie~
So I have a question. Is this shipping only in the anime or in any Pokemon canon? (Cuz I ship two pokemon together :[ )
Now I am not saying that debating on the ships is a bad idea, just that it should not be done too seriously.
This is why debating is unnecessary, people have their opinions already set and we cannot do anything to change that.
By the way I am a proud supporter of RayShipping. Ash and Cynthia, while there is a large age difference, do have many things in common that could, with the right chain of events, develop into something more than just acquaintances. But again this is more my opinion which I am currently developing into a fan fiction.
Our focus is the anime, but fanboying/girling about other Misc. pairs is welcome (since we're all crazy already anyways)
I don't like debating at school; I get nervous and shy but when it comes to something that I know or something I like discussing about then I can get into good debates.
Pokemon not really serious business but I can see it going into one when it comes to shipping; now doing crack pairing is a lot of fun, putting random trainers together and a shipping is what I like to do sometimes.
Not seen the anime? Oh but you should, for sure! It opens up so many new shipping possibilities~ And it has Dent in it. There is no reason not to watch it!
What part of your comment I didn't respond to, exactly? =S
Everyone can call me by Nutella, and I only start nipping at people who say stupid things, or claim retraded stuff to be true. Believe me, I'm much more annoying when I'm actually angry!
BTW, the key word you said was "interpretted." Meaning it's subjective, bro. What one person may perceive as romantic or dramatic is different from another. Why can't one toss the moment when Misty saved Ash as not romantic? They're pals; it's not out of the question in terms of friendship.
xD I'm not trying to push my pairing through or anything lol, I know full well about wishy washy nature of interpretation.
So I'd like to ask what pairing you support? You don't need any reasoning since everything is sparse to begin with. o.O
I completely agree with this non-biased view! X) For instance, CafeMocha is brilliant!~ =D See how Dento is the damn pillar of Best Wishes?! Sadly, WishfulShipping is the most popular out of the popular three (the other two being Negai and CafeMocha).
I agreed with most of your post, but some people enjoy debating. Of course it's unnecessary; Pokemon isn't serious business. Well, at least, for me. Like I said a few times, my only problem is when people say things are canon when they're clearly not. Otherwise, I have no problem with people shipping whoever the hell they want.
Dude, I'm more into crack shipping than probably shipping; my ships may epitomise the view that shipping, fanart, fanfiction, etc. are all about having fun and exploring the realm of the hypothetical.
Obscure pairings FTW! =) That sounds like an interesting fic, so good luck with that! Anyway, prepare for backlash as paedophilia/hebephilia isn't always viewed upon favourably.
I don't mind debating; it actually gets me thinking and try to put up with a good debate but this also depends on certain topics that the debate is on.
